Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all heights, depths and in all kinds of soils including saturated soils comprisng of pick work jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard chisselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibted)and their intermediate classification with in all leads and lifts, stacking the excavated rock, soil not more than 3 (Three) meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15Cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads lifts.and carriage of material as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, romming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into Five millimetre) So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs (Four metre) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like Floors etc. upto 200mm. ( Two hundred milimetre) In thickness. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into Five millimetre) . So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs (Four metre) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels.Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. (One metre) In depth in all heights from floor, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into Five millimetre) . So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs (Four metre) and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Edge of slabs and breaks in floors and walls, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Buttresses, pilasters plinth and string courses and the like including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 [One cement isto Six sand isto Twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Fourty millimetre) nominal size] and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth including all leads lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge.

Providing and laying Damp proof corse 50mm thick with C.C 1:2:4 (one cement isto two Sand isto Four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete in all leads,lifts and other incidental chargesas per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphelt 80/100 ( Eighty / Hundred) or equivalent) sing 1.70kg (One point Seventy Kilograme) per sqm damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosine oil in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 [One cement isto foure sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty) milimetre nominal size] and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for concrete work in in Foundation and plinth Including all leads lifts and carriage of materials, as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge
