Outsourcing of sweeping work in various buildings i.e Area under College of Forestry Block 1,2and 3, MBA block , Labs/ examination hall including toilets & stair case etc. for 9809 Sqm, Area under Library building including toilets for 4356 Sqm, Area under College of Horticulture of 12 blocks, two examination hall in university auditorium, central hall in block A , Food Science near workshop, Bakery block , class room/ labs below parking including toilets & stair case etc. for 14063 Sqm, Area under Directorate of extension of communication center , farmer guest house , officer hostel and skill development center building with parking including toilets & stair case etc. For 5917 Sqm, Area under Construction division of administrative building with parking , guest house , VC residence with lawn and university workshop with working shed including toilets etc. for 5560 Sqm, Area under, Student Welfare officer of cafeteria, Gymnasium Six number boys hostel , nine numbers girls hostel, International student hostel and Health center with parking including toilets etc. For 26217 Sqm i.e. Gross area 65922 Sqm and also sweeping the surrounding area of the said building etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The firm will also supply the cleaning material such as jharu, wiper, detergent, phenyl, acid, soap, mask, hand globes & other related material including two uniforms per person in the year’s etc. for cleaning the indoor and outdoor premises of the buildings. The service provider will also be responsible for the payment of statutory liabilities such as EPF, ESI, labour cess, GST if applicable and holidays as per labour law and the same will be deposited/ paid to persons deputed in the university for this job. Only labour escalation will be applicable as per revision of labour wages by the HP Govt. during the contract period except material.. The service provider will ensure that the sanitation work is to be the utmost satisfaction of the first party university. In case the work is not found satisfactory for repeated spells inspite of instructions both verbal/written from any offices, penalty of Rs. 1,000/- per day for the day will be deducted from the bill of the Contractor for the 1st and 2nd times and thereafter Rs. 2,000/- per day for which no refund at the later stage will be made at any cost. The other terms and conditions are also appended. The 45 Nos. sweeper minimum will be engaged to this job. * The Auditorium Hall, toilets, passages and parking area of auditorium are to be cleaned / swept during retirement parties, Seminars and other functions etc. i.e. 4356 Sqm is 15 times in the each month and also uprooting of vegetation periodically from chhajjas and plinth protection of all above said buildings plus sweeping of chhajjas twice in a month.
