REPAIR,MAINT OF AC PLANT AND SUMMER/COOLING APPLIANCES AT MAKARPURA, HARNI AND AIRFIELD AT AFS VADODARA

Labour only for attending complaints of Air Conditioner carried out by manufacture's authorised mechanic from servicing center without any delay with rectified the defects by carefully opening and check the Acs for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Items shall measure and paid seperatrly under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for annual servcing of split AC capacity 1.5/2.0 TR by disconnecting electric connection from its stabilizer or its electric supply board and remove the front cover or indoor split unit of AC and cleaning it with pressurised water and nylon brush, refix the front cover of indoor unit. including remove the front covert of outdoor unit with polythen/plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motorwhile cleaning the outdoor unit and cleaning the condensing coil unit with pressurised water then apply one coat of descaling solution and cleaning with nylon brush to the condensing coil of outdoor unit shall be properly carried out damaging other parts, cheking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB, stabiliser, wiring of AC as per site condition and tightening of loose connection complete.

Material and labour for flushing out system for leak testing of cooling coils attached with indoor and outdoor unit of split air conditioner using CO2/ nitrogen Gas arrest of leakage with brazing of copper pipe including gas charging with using refrigerant R-22, oil charging complete in compressor window type AC/ Split type AC cap.1.5/2 Ton all as directed & with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.and retest again for rectification leakage on load complete all as specified

Labour only for dust cleaning of dust filter of indoor unit to obtain maximum effeciency of split AC 1.5/2.0TR complete as per schedule complete. Note : dust cleaning of filter shall be required on every 45 day . Each cleaning is measured as one Job

Material and labor for replacement of unserviceable cut sealed compressor of window type/split type ACs 1.5TR capacity with new uncut sealed hermetically compressor unit supplied by the manufacturer complete unit including wiring as required to unit with flushing out system checking and rectification of leakage, including gas charging complete and testing after completion of work at MES store yard for satisfactory functioning NOTE:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all charges like transportation, fitting etc complete with necessary guarantee period as per company terms & conditions (ii) The new compressor unit will be purchased from authorized dealers only as per existing make and model
