Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC overhead taks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refixing in position after cleaning for tank capacity not exc 500 ltrs each including marking the date of cleaning with white paint and stencil all as required & directed. Note: Cleaning shall be done through wash out pipe by marking suitable arrangement to the outlet pipe such as cutting of the pipe providing short piece of pipe fitting and union coupling etc where the wash out pipe are not existing. The dirt etc shall not be allowed to enter the water supply system.

(ii) Applying a coat of bitminous primer @ 0.30 litre/sqm and conforming to IS-3384, laying APP based polyster modified membrane reinforced non wooven polyster of 3.50 Kg/Sqm (minimum), sealed by torching including demolition and removal of old concrete and provn of new lean cement concrete 1:5:10 type E 2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate specified complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thicknes, including plastering , existing tretement and cleaning (whether full thickness removed or only or part there of) etc in all respect and preparing it for further treatment and taking out and disposal of debris & rubbish to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L screed laid 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in roof over green concrete surface finished even and smooth using Lequid WPC complete all as specified. Note :-Lequid WPC will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for providing cement concrete in type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, laid to (consolidated thickness 65mm or less) as leveling course, laid and compacted in min slope 1:30 over roof complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for roof treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.8kg/sqm black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt with thermo finish (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over compatible bitumen primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm and bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm with help of torching with a proplyne or a butane gas using torch with minimum overlap of 75mm at side and 100mm at ends and sealing including applying a coat of bitumen primer & bitumen 85/25 applied hot all as per manufacturer instructuions. For parapet in a groove (No separate payment will be made and measurement will be done for horizontal surfaces) including applying a coat of heat repallant bitumen aluminium paint @ 0 .1 liter per Sqm on topof treated surface of roof complete all as specified and directed.
