M&L for Plastering to External Walls, the plastering shall be total 20mm thick in 02 coats. Base coat is 12mm thk in cement mortar in a ratio of 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand) to surface of external walls, with final coat of 8mm thick cement mortar in ratio 1:4 including mix with WPC all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of anti fungal and anti-algae PU based premium exterior emulsion Weathercoat long life 10 over a two coat of elastomeric waterproofing membrane with a crack bridging capacityof 2-3mm dampstop Elasto (Berger home shield or equivalent ) all as specified and prescribed by manufacture and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The prepration of new surface as under : All cracks at parapet, corner joints should be taken minutely. Cracks should be reapired with polymer modified mortar like Advanced Latex Plus after widening the crack into a V grove in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of premium exterior emulsion paint. The cost of materials (like putty, base coat/topcoat of exterior paint), labour & T&P wherever required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture. Guarantee certificate should provide from the authorised applicator of manufacturer and shall be got approved from GE. (iii). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved before application of exterior emulsion for each building. (iv) The cost of Scaffolding and safety measures wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L for plastering in cement mortar in a ratio of 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand) 12mm thickness in 1 coat on internal surface, including scaffolding and tools of work at all levels of in situ concrete and / or concrete block work as a base, masonry work including jambs, sills, grooves, haunches, rounding of corners, providing & fixing GI wire mesh where required, chemical adhesive, with necessary scaffolding, finishing, curing and such other works that are required to make it complete finished smooth with wooden/ steel floats with all lead, lift and depth ready to receive next operation at all floors & heights. The rate should also include making of internal groove at beam and masonry joints with 6mm width and depth complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation new plaster on internal surface of wall and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on new wall surfaces and & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for Plastering concrete soffits, beams, columns etc. of minimum 9mm thick or to required thickness with CM 1:4( cement : sand), finished smooth including scaffolding, curing, etc; complete for ceiling, soffits, staircase, beams and other independent RCC items etc.complete all as per specifications at all floors & heights. M & L for preparation of new ceiling surface and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on new wall surfaces and & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specied and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply only integral Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L Complete removal of old decorated surface of ceiling including cornices (Plastered or unplastered) and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on primered surfaces over 1mm thk of wall care putty all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X 350/600 x 300 mm 7 to 8 mm thick set andjointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrte surface finished to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness laid bedded in any motar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Lapotra stone slab flooring (any approved colour) 16-20mm thick (in single piece) in riser, skirting, etc., over cement back coat 10 mm thick CM 1:3 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing comple in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified.

M & L for Endura designer tile for floor/skirting of size not exceeding 0.36 Sqm and tile thickness 10-12mm of any colour and design, over screed bed/backing coat of 15mm thk in CM 1:4 set and jointed using Epoxy joint filling minimum 4mm thick spacer as manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M& L for fixing swimming pool tiles of area not exc 0.11 sqm fixed with tile adhesive average bed thickness by giving space between two tiles with 4mm spacers all complete as per the manufacturer instructions. Make :- HR JHONSON/KAJARIA/ORIENTBELL/SOMANY or equivalent Note :- (i) Spacer including Epoxy joint filling shall be provided between tiles and quoted rate is inclusive of the same.

M&L for Drilling holes at specified location to required depth and diameter as directed by Engr-in-charge and injecting the log fix chemical of M/s Fosroc/STP/Sika or equivalent to join beam to column/beam to beam wherever required to insert reinforecement bars as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Reinforcemet shall be measured and paid seprately

M&L Micro-concreting in RCC columns including chemicals, reinforcement, form work averaging thickness 75mm complete as per manufacture instruction and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Micro concreting in RCC Slab/Beams with 02 coats of polymer mortar of Avg thickness 20-25mm (each coat) over a coat of epoxy resin based bonding agent over two coat of zinc primer over a coat of epoxy bond agent including Anti-carbonation treatment for all new concrete surface protection complete all as manufacturer instruction.

M&L for treating Horizontal expansion joints not exc 100mm (i) Providing and carry out expansion joint treatment after proper surface preparation to remove loose mortars, dust, foreign particles from joints as per direction of Engineer in charge. (ii) Supplying and providing TPO based waterproofing membrane with specifically formulated single-ply of width 150mm, thickness 1mm membrane fixed at both ends of the external face of the expansion joint on the walls and roof using epoxy bonding adhesive and laid loosely at middle in the expansion joint. (iii) Waterproofing tape to be anchored using epoxy adhesive for a width of 75mm on either side of the joint and leaving 50mm in the centre for allowing necessary movements.

M&L for water proofing treatment hot applied hybrid polyurea with consumption of 1.5Kg/Sqm to achieve a total system DFT of 1.5mm over a coat of solvent free epoxy primer and providing angle fillet using epoxy mortar at vertical joints complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) All waterproofing work suggested above shall be carried out by the in house application wing of the manufacturer or skilled waterproofing contractor under the guidance of a technical expert from the manufacturer. (Chipping shall be done by manual means/smooth grinding only to avoid any damage to mother slab.) Suitable arrangements shall be provided by the contractor for keeping the prepared surfaces dry to carryout the above treatment within the permissible moisture content as per manufacturer.

M&L for Drilling holes at specified location to required depth and diameter as directed by Engr-in-charge and injecting the two component epoxy grout as point applicable upto avg 400gm per packers fixed as per manufacturer institution complete all as specified and as directed.
