Watch and ward duty including weeding, clearing shrubs, forking, mulching and watering of trees and shrubs by engaging Mali- unskilled (3 heads per day for 26 days a month for 12 months). The workers must bring in their gardening equipments such as hedge cutter, pruning shears, PVC watering pipe etc required as per scope of work and site conditions
Maintenance of mexican carpet lawn and paspalum blade grass (3450 sqm approx.. in total) by uprooting the unwanted growth including maintenance of lawn for one year including regular trimming, application of necessary pesticide as necessary complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools (as required for gardening purpose) & plant. By engaging Mali- unskilled (1 head per day for 26 days a month for 12 months)
Maintenance of hedge line, topiary and planted borders for one year by engaging Mali- unskilled (10 heads per month for 12 months) including application of necessary pesticide, replacement of damaged hedge plant by new one complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.
Preparation of seasonal flower beds by digging of beds and planting of season flower seedling including supply of good earth, farm yard manure for an area approx 250 sqm
Supply of fuel for Honda lawn mower for trimming of lawn etc
Cost of supply & maintenance of ornamental plants/ cacti for one year including watering, trimming, manuring, spraying insecticide and guarding as required. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.
Cost of maintenance of vertical garden by changing of pots/ plants including proper shaping, pruning by engaging Mali- unskilled (8 heads per month for 12 months)
Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)
Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for Horticulture work) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal work site including royalty, all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measured in stack will be reduced by 8%).
Spreading of sludge, dump manure,/farm yard manure/ animal dung manure and good earth in required thickness. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants excluding materials.
