M&L for General Servicing to Diesel Engine Generating Set of capacity 125/100 KVA make - Cummins including checking all rubber/hose pipes, checking of coupling joints, v belts speed governer, air filter, filter elements valve tappet adjustments, radiator lines, leakage of coolent, oil etc and repair /replace defective item complete as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (Marerial incoporated the repair will be measured and paid separately under respective items). The rate including any minor items such as nut bolt washer, any type of welding works included in the quoted rate) with changing of Engine Oil Note : (a) Servicing of DG sets may be executed once or more as per site requirement and to be paid accordingly. (b) Engine oil shall be issued by department.

Supply only of spare parts suitable for DG set of 125/100 KVA capacity of Make Cummins and the same to be replaced during servicing or after when as required. Note : Labour charges for replacement of parts to be paid only once against above Srl item No 1.00.

M&L for overhauling of injecter nozzle assembly including replacement of nozzles, washers, etc and pressure setting as required and replacement of timing shaft with coupling all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for DG set 125/100 KVA . (Note: All injector Nozzel in a single DG set)

Supply and fixing in replacement of Electronic Digital Control Panel complete with wiring and connected part such as harnes,sensors and AVR for alternator incuding digital stateing switch. Make:- Powercom/ equivalent suitable for DG set of any make and capacity of 125/100/62.5 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Actuator complete set for DG set of any make and of capacity 125/100/62.5 KVA.

M&L for Taking down Radiator Assembly from the DG set cleaning with soap water and acid, cleaning the fins with Keroscene Oil and force water complete and refixing including soldering if any leakage detected for the 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent DG Set.

M&L for cleaning of fuel tank with Keroscene Oil and force Air complete and including welding if any leakage detected for the 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent DG Set.

Supply & fixing in replacement of GI Pipe, medium grade, dia 110 mm with 1mm thick , min 3 mtr long Exhaust pipe with flanged joint as required at site with fixing accessaries,with gallan dori as per existing exhaust pipe.

M&L for Taking down exhaust full system (Silencer) from the DG set, cutting and rewelding of exhaust system and cleaning with soap, Keroscene and forced water/Air complete and refixing including welding if any for the 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent DG Set.

Supply and Fix in replacement of complete radiator assembly with Gasket, Hause pipe, nut and all connected accessaries all as per sample for DG Set 125/100/62.5 KVA Silent set.

Supply and fixing in replacement of turbo charger complete with Gasket, stud, nut and hexagon flange all as per sample for DG Set 62.5/35 KVA .

All as per Srl item No 17.00 above but for DG Set 125/100 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement of water circulating pump for DG Set 125/62.5/35 KVA.

Opening of complete alternator assembly and rewinding with copper wire as existing and replacement of all connected accessaries and refixing the same with new AVR with alternator fan, nuts, washers, packings and connected accessaries suitable for DG Set of any make and of capacity 125/62.5 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing, connecting & testing in replacement of battery, 12 volts, 180 AH with lead acid with brass terminals etc including initial charging of Battery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make- EXIDE / AMRON/AMCO).

Supply & fixing and replacement of Dynamo/alternator for battery charger and fixing on engine, testing/commissioning complete for engine having 12 Volt 180 AH capacity battery.

M&L for replacement of self starter and other related components to the DG set 125/100 KVA.

All as per Srl item No 23.00 above but for DG Set 62.5 KVA. Make: Kirlosker/ Greaves.

Overhauling to DG set 62.5 KVA Make Greaves/Kirloskar/ Cummins by dismanteling the complete Engine assembly by replacing the worn out parts with new parts such as piston assemby with ring set and linner of engine bore complete sets, begin bearing sets, inlet valve sets, exhaust valve sets, valve grinding, head gaskit set, head grinding and reassembling the engine,testing for desire electrical load,all transportation,other work required if any are included in complete to job. Note: Following items required to complete above job are paid seperately under relevent items as Supply only :-
