compressive maintenance (except compressor ) & servicing including attnding day to day complaints and break down if any of the various types & capacities of air conditioners installed at various locations like Anushakti Bhavan, Zerlina, Anane Bhavan etc. under OYC maintenance, DCSEM/DAE inside in Munbai city area as per technical specifications & Terms /conditions & giving satisfactory test / trial of machines after maintenance including keeping the machine in smooth functioning condition etc. complete all as per instructions & directed by EIC.

Window AC of capacities upto 1.5 TR (Note: Break up of qty = 10 units. X 8 qtrs-80 nos.)

Split AC of capacities 1.0 to 2.0 TR (Note: Break up of qty = 123 units. X 8 qtrs-984 nos.)

Floor mounted (tower) split AC of capacities upto 3.5 TR (Note: Break up of qty = 2 units. X 8 qtrs-16 nos.)

Supply of Remote unit with batteries suitable for above 1 / 1.5 / 2.0 TR window / split type airconditioners under item nos. 1.1 & 1.2.

Removing of existing defective compressor and supply , installation, testing and commissioning of new compressor of following capacituy for AC units mentioned in item no 1.0 above. The job includes leak testing by dry N2, vaccumising whole system and charging of refrigerant including satisfactory test & trial of the system and submission of test report& warranty / guaranty of newly instgalled compressor as per manufadtures'"s specification etc. complete all as per terms & conditions & to the entire satisfaction of EIC. Note: The removed defective compressor or any other spare parts will be taken back by contractor as a credit. Suitable rebate for old removed defective compressor / spare parts shall be considered in the quoted rates.

Rotary type compressor of 1.5 TR capacity.

Rotary type compressor of 2.0 TR capacity.

Rotary / scroll type compressor of 3.5 TR capacity.

Dismantling the existing split type air conditioner by removing the refiegerant gas, copper pipe etc. in the system, and reinstallation of the same to new place in OYC / Anushakti Bhavan compass . The job includes leak testing by dry N2, vaccumising whole system and charging of refrigerant including satisfactory test & trial of the system complete all as per instructions & directed by EIC.

Refrigerant Piping with Rubber Nitrile insulation: Supply & installation of ¼” & ⅝” copper pipes of M/s. Mandev, Rajco or any other reputed make with independent nitrile rubber insulation of min. 10 mm. thick Superlon, Armecell or other reputed make for each copper pipe, wrapping with finishing (aero) tape, all as required and instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drain piping duly insulated: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ¾” (19 mm) size PVC drain pipe, ISI mark of reputed make for the above AC unit and connect with the existing drainage system, all as required and instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.1 kV grade PVC insulated, multistranded, copper conductor flexible cable (Cord) of 4C x 2.5 sq.mm. in size, laying in existing PVC casing capping, interconnection at both the ends with copper lugs, all as required and instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 75 x 75 mm PVC trunking fixed on wall with suitable size of nylon plug, wood screw etc. all as required and instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Comprehensive maintenance ( except compressor, waer purifier's candle /cartridge & UV set) & servicing of water coolerts with water purifier up to 100 ltrs. capacity, including attending day to day complaint and breakdowns of the various types & capacities of water cooler, water dispensers with water purifiers installed at various locations like Anushakti Bhavan, Zerlina, Anand Bhavan etc. under OYC maintenance unit. DCSEM /DAE inside in Mumbai city artea as per technical specifications and terms / conditions & as per the instructions & directed by EIC. Note: Break up of qty. = 13 units 24 months = 312 nos.

Removing of existing defective compressor and supply , installation, testing and commissioning of new compressor of of reciprocatimg / rotary type & suitable to water coolers under item no. 4 above. The job includes leak testing by dry N2, vaccumising whole system and charging of refrigerant including satisfactory test & trial of the system and submission of test report& warranty / guaranty of newly instgalled compressor as per manufadtures's specification etc. complete all as per terms & conditions & to the entire satisfaction of EIC. Note: The removed defective compressor or any other spare parts will be taken back by contractor as a credit. Suitable rebate for old removed defective compressor / spare parts shall be considered in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water purifiers at site . It should b eliminate bacteria & viruses from water irrespective of the level of contamninbation through ultraviolet rays, It should eliminate foul test, odour & all type of impyrities product specification. a) Commercial UV water purification system. b) 3 stage UV water purifier. c) Advanced filteration system. d) Stainless steel purification Chember. e) Easily attached to water coolers. f) Flow rate in LPH 200. g) Operating on 230 V. 50 Hz, single phase AC supply. h) Power consumption approx. 21 W

Supply of following spares along with test certificate from manufacturer & suitable for M/s. Alpha make water purifier. Note: The removed defective spare parts will be taken back by contractor as acredit. Suitable rebate for old removed defective spare parts shall be consisdered in the quotated rate.

Primary sediment filter candle / cartridge of size ranging from 8" suitable for capacity upto 400 LPH

Secondary sediment filter candle / cartridge of size ranging from 8" to 10"suitable for capacity upto 400 LPH.

UV lamp with adaptor suitable for purifier of capacity upto 400 LPH.

Removing of existing defective compressor & spare parts & providing & fixing of new spare parts of refrigerator of capacity upto 400 ltrs. including commissioning by giving satisfactory test & trial of the refrigerator The job also includes submission of test report & warranty / guaranty of newly installed compressor / spare etc. all as per manifacturers specification etc. as per term, conditions, scope of work & upto the entire satisfaction of EIC. Note: The removed defective compressor or any other spare parts will be taken back by contractor as a credit. Suitable rebate for old removed defective spare parts shall be consisdered in the quotated rate.
