Transportation of Rig along with allied accessories etc. Complete including errection and leveling at site, through all kind of roads,approaches field etc. in all lead and lifts upto site of work, complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge complete within all leads and lifts.
Drilling of bore as per specifications laid down in IS 2800-1991(Part-I) with upto date ammendments, if any, with Rotary Rig or combination drilling Rig starting with 650-600 mm dia MS Pipe reduced to 450-400 mm dia MS Pipe confiming to IS: 4270-2001 with upto date amendments, if any, in all kinds of soils, boulders, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artesian conditions including the cost of all consumbales, stores, Water, of Engineer-in-Charge.
Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes 500-450 mm dia confirming to IS: 4270-2001 with upto date amendments,if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 0-5 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes 450-400 mm dia confirming to IS: 4270-2001 with upto date amendments,if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 5-30 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes 400-300 mm dia confirming to IS: 4270-2001 with upto date amendments,if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 30-60 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes 400-300 mm dia confirming to IS: 4270-2001 with upto date amendments,if any of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 60-90 mtrs below ground level within all leads and lifts.
Collection,preservation and display of suitable size sample box with top lid and looking arrangment till handing over of the tube well to the department,complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and lowering of IS Marked Electric Resistance Welded M.S.Pipe 200mm.dia nominal size, 6.40mm.thick having outside diametre 219.10mm screwed and socketted confirming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date ammendments,if any, about 4.00 m. to 7.00 metres in length, welded without any circumferential joints, into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks,poles clamps embedded in foundation etc. including cost of all cuttings, threading and welding of pipes etc.within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dirctions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, Fabrication and lowering of MSERW pipe 200mm Dia MS slotted pipe 200mm nominal size housing 6.40mm thick having outer dia 219.10mm conforming to IS-specification No. 4270-2011 with upto date ammendments if any about 4 mtrs to 7 mtrs in length should have 1600 slots per mtrs as per IS 8110-1985 of 75x1.57mm slot size welded about any circumfrences joints into the hole vertical position including cost of scaffolding derricks poles clmaps emmbended in foundation etc. within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dirctions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing of M.S.centralized guides at suitable spacing for each Tube-Well as per IS - 226 -1991 with uptodate ammendments, if any,within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying,lowering and fixing in position IS-Marked mild steel bail plug of 200 mm diametres with "U" hooks as per IS-2800-1991 with uptodate ammendments,if any,within all leads and lifts,complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing in position threaded/welded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole,as required,within all leads and lifts,complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying and packing of gravel,consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material,with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5,not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat or elongated pieces,shall be of sub rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-3.35 mm,shall be free from impurities such as shale mica,felspar,clay ,sand,dirt,loam haematite and organic materials as per IS-4097-1967 with uptodate amendments,if any, around intake of tube well with min. thickness of shroud around screen generally 100mm to the entire depth of the bore as per IS-2800(Part-1):1991 with uptodate amendments,if any, with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Development of Tube-Well by back washing method, with aircompressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity pumping pipe of 200mm size and air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method, till the Well is thoroughly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS: 11189:1985,with upto date ammendments,if any complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Development of Tube-Well by continuous over pumping method, with VT pumps/ Submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor method/design discharge,untill the well is sand free as per IS-11189 :1985 with with uptodate ammendments,if any; complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.The draw down and discharge to be established by running the VT/Submersible pump continuously for 8 hours in the presence of officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer complete within all leads and lifts.
Testing the Verticality of theTube-Well as per Clause-4.3 of IS-2800(Part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments,if any,using plumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the Well casing. The result of the verticality test shall be recorded on performa shown in Appendix -A of IS:2800(Part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments,if any as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Dismentalling of Rig or other allied accessories after completion of job within all leads & lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Construction of barbed wire enclosure of minimum of size 2.5mx 2.5m to safe guard the bore of Tube Well with angle iron of size 40x40x6mm 1.5m in height,embedded in concrete block of 30x30x30cm.in all leads and lifts,complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Handing over of the Tube-Well in complete shape as per appendix-B of clause-7, IS-2800 (Part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments,if any,as appended with the tender documents in laminated form,in triplicate,complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
