Construction of CC Drain & Cover Slabs in Head Water Works in Circle-I area in Vijayawada Municipal Corporation.(General Funds) Rc.E6-122254/2025

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH.

b) Stone masonry

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH.

Conveyance of excavated earth for a lead of 4 KM including unloading, loading, spreading, sectioning etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities

Supply and delivery Quarry Dust for filling from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges including filling, spreading, sectioning, watering ramming etc., complete as per SS.-

Providing concrete for plain concrete (M10) using 220 Kgs Cement ,40 mm nominal size hard stone aggregate , mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications of MORTH

Supply and placing of the RCC M20 (Design Mix) concrete corresponding to IS 456 using weigh batcher / mixer 20mm,10mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, Cement 407 Kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggrregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and all labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Supply and placing of the RCC M20 (Design Mix) concrete corresponding to IS 456 using weigh batcher / mixer 20mm,10mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, Cement 407 Kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggrregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and all labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work-For Body walls (without form work)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed ( HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) Steel bars of SAIL / VSP / TATA (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming frills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS.

Centering charges for Drain sections of RCC including all materials and labour charges for forming etc., complete.-Centering

Bailing of water with oil Engine including conveyance of Oil Engine to work site, including fuel and operational charges and wages for driver / Helper etc., complete as per specification.

Manufacturing, Supply, Delivery and fixing of M.S. Gratings made with MS Angulars for all round frame and U channels for internal supports including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and fixing etc., , complete.as directed by the departmental authorities - MS Screens

Engaging labour on NMR basis to shifting of materials and flood damaged motors to store room including all labour charges etc complete
