Amount

The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).

All as per item No. 2 above but for 5 Amps socket point on the same board

Taking down existing ceiling fan of any type and sweep from any position and refixing the same in original position after necessary cleaning for dust, grease, removing defective / burnt out winding and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) including filling the cavities with filler including replacement of defective spares complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Spares shall be measured and paid seperately]

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, drawn through and including suitable size PVC conduit and conduit accessories including provision of 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including taking down old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: 3 runs of 2.5 Sqmm copper wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.]
