Excavation in trenches, getting out in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable of poles etc any size at places complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&LSand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping padestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified. .

Supply & laying of 50 mm bore Mild steel galvanized steel tubing with screwed socket joints, Light grade, together with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and laid in trenches including , screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required , cutting through walls, floors and their making good to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat of zinc oxide and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

M&L in repair pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete.

M&L in repair for shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanized mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts of size 75mm height and 90mm dia size of strap 31x3mm and dia of bolts 12mm for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for stay assemby complete with accessories such as stay plate 230mmx230mmx6mm, stay rod 180cm long 16mm dia with nuts including GI bow, turn buckle etc. all as per electrical plate No. 01 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Insulator, stay clamps, excavation earthwork and concrete shall be measured and paid for separately

S&F in repair galvanized steel stranded wire size 7/3.15mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for galvanized steel wire 3.15/4.0mm dia continuous earth wire/guard cradle horizontal/rectangular fabricated with 4mm dia galvanized mild steel binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement ACSR conductor squirrel to Rabit (6/1/2.11 to 6/1/3.35) any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs MCCB 63 Amp, 4 pole 16 KA with release adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic 240 volt AC IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole 25 KA with release adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic 415 volt AC supply IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs MCCB 160 Amp, 4 pole 36 KA with release adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic 415 volt AC supply IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for scrapping of old paint from the steel tubular pole upto 9.0 mtr height with out removing accessories and preparation of surface for re-painting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30cm upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamel paint starting with black strap. repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e. U clamps, channels, etc above 1.5mtr height by applying one coat of aluminium paint all as required at site or directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized cast iron earth plate electrode 600 x600x6.0mm buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, and galvanized iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No.05 of SSR Part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15cm around the earth plant as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, 20 mm dia watering pipe light grade 1.70 mtr long with plug at top, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main boad including testing after completioncomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Maximum length of GI wire, protection pipe with each earth shall not exceed 7.5 mtrs. (ii) The 20 mm dia watering pipe shall be 20 cm above the ground level and be provided with 20 mm dia GI plug at its top and no concrete watering pit/cover shall be provided.

M&L in replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw.

S& F in replacement of GI pipe Medium grade 40 mm dia galvanised added in pcc block for fixing air termination rod 12mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of single pointed Air termination aluminum rod , 12mm dia 300 mm long complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 26,250.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
