Complete disconnection of HT supply from main HT panel & from the primary of the Transformer, after proper switching of 11KV VCB discharging the supply. Complete draining out of transformer oil from transformer to empty oil drum by oil machine, dismantling of conservator tank all protection relays cable and boxes vent pipes and other items as required.

Replacement of top cover gasket vertical vent gasket & missing hardware to stop the oil leakage.

Work of Cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing of sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precautions to prevent the winding damage as required cutting of old overheated insulation of the winding and re-insulation material and proper taping etc.

Replacement of silica gel.

Work of Checking & matching of control wiring of all protection relays and calibration of protection relays testing the same.

Work of removal of old HT bushing suitable for pilca cable by cutting/removing the cable and charcoal/insulation etc with all tools etc required to complete the work at site as per instructions of engineer in charge,

Work of Providing and Fixing of bushing of HV side for XLPE cable connection as per sample & with all tools etc required to complete the work at site as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Work of replacement of oil seal as per sample suitable for bushing for XLPE cable connection & with all tools etc. required to complete the work at site as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Work of Complete assembling of transformer after cleaning of complete transformer tightening of all connection & bushings of incomer and outgoing side and testing & checking of the IR values with megger of winding and cable on both ends with HI Pod machine.

Filling of transformer oil upto top level as required to make power. Make-HPCL/IOCL/BPCL

Providing & fixing of winding protection pad.

Calibration of existing meter installed.

Repair of cooling fins, replacement of cooling fins gasket and oil seals for stopping the leakage from the outer part.

Dehydration & filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the di-electric strength upto 50KV at site as required.

Work of replacement of HT jointing kit for XLPE cable connection as per sample & with all tools etc required to complete the work at site as per instructions of engineer in charge. Make-3M/Raychem/ Denson.

Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body and painting of the transformer with enamel paint.

Complete testing of transformer on load and off load & insulation of installed bushing with respect to each phase and neutral.
