Taking down old cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 25 mm thick type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded agg as in sub base to flooring .

M & L, non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl dismantling and complete all as specified and directed

M & L, non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile 600mm x 1200mm , in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles 600 x 300 x 7 mm to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colored tiles over and including 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of finished rough to receive the glazed tiles in walls including dismantling of old tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole,300mm apart including rilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litre per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc . in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished the plaster surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item no 12 but in cm 1:4 (external surfaces)with water proofing treatment compound. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on ceiling, soffits, chajja projection etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door frame/chowkat of size 125x63 comprising of virgin PVC polymerof K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), Calcium Carbonate and natural Fibers (wood Powders/rice husk/wheat husk) and Non toxic additives (maxtoxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitred joints and applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body treaded star headed SS screws having min frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) & 1100 N edge, miniumum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, moduus of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance tto spread of flame of class ‘A’ category with property of being termite /borer proof, water/moisture proof & fire retardant & fixed in position with SS dash fasterns/hold fast of required dia and length, colour of door frame to match that of shutter all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid moulded flush door shutter pre-laminated both side of 30 mm size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), Calcium Carbonate and natural Fibers (wood Powders/rice husk/wheat husk) and Non toxic additives (maxtoxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having min density of 650 kg/Cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N ( Face) & 900 N (edge) Minimum Compressive strength of 50 N /mm2, Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of class A category with property of being Termite/Borer proof, Water/Moisture Proof, Fire retardant and including with fixing stainless steel but hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, Material test certificate and authenctication sould be complosory provided by the manufacturing company.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fit-ted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vii):- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically Provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed . (ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using Brick aggregarte over the treated surface complete as directed . (iii) M&L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout . Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions .Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & Plastger be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage /Plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP -101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed . (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450 mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed . (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed .the sunken portion shall be tested for leakage /seepage /dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours .in case any defect is noteced the portion shall be grounted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again .The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage /seepage /dampness is eliminated as specified and directed .

M&L, 18 to 20 mm thick Makrana white Marble work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including rounding exposed edges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm to 25mm thick Hard wood 2nd class weather boarding clean sawn and rebated on thick edge to give 25 mm laps and wrought both side and edges shot and chamfered fixed to roof hight of bldgs complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for point wiring Concealed with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non- metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm or higher dia, medium grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, green in colour 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, common earth and connected to earth dolly , screwed with Brass screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light point/Fan point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps.
