Matrerial and labour for clean the top surface of roof, brick tiles or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and filling & damaged joints of brick tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Matrerial and labour for 40mm thick average thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course / padding over roof surface with approved water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instructuion, surface to be finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 3 mm thick APP(Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished, reinforced with Non-woven polyster matt make as approved over roof consisting of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25º C temperature and viscocity 70-160 Cps. over the primer coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @1.2 ltr /kg, the layer membrane shall be using butane torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufactuter's instructions all as specified and directed. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 25º C as 650/450 N/5 Cms. (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N/5 Cms. Softening point of membrane not less than 150º C cold flexiblility up to 20º when tested in accordance with ASTM (D-5147). (iii) The laying of membrane shall be carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicator only with Gurantee of 10 years by contractor.

Material and labour for providing solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over the membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting chases, pinning in on brick walls, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, shelves, lintels etc not exceeding 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from existing water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank including cleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in–charge complete all as specified and as directed. ( The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) Note- The whole process of disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day , if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rough cast plaster over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface in two layers (10 mm and 5 mm) of walls, Pillars etc, of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, chajjas facias and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots washing down with water and applying one coat of cement base paint on old surfaces of walls , chajja, facis including filling up all cracks with shalimar tar plastic (STP) crack filler and also making good to plastered surface, including necessary scaffoldings, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra over brickwork for clossing cavity at jambs, cills and heads of opening etc. (supply and fixing of flashing etc not included) complete all as specified and directed.

The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawing and as per direction of the Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing GI Metal Suspended Ceiling System at all heights of Perforated with Fleece 600x600x0.5mm TEULAR EDGE TILES in global white Powder Coated with 60-70 Micron front coating laid on 24mm wide Tee grid – strong section flanges colour white having stitching on the Main Runner, 600 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with web height of 26mm. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 100%, with Light Reflection of 62%. The main runner spaced at 600 mm max (centre to centre) securely fixed to the structural soffit . Hangers (GI wire of 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc at 600x600 intervals as appropriate height,.The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 600mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners to form 600 x 600 mm with grid module(24X38X0.3mm).Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 600 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x22x22mm, secured to walls at 450mm max (centre to centre), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mmX600mm, 5mm(+ 0.25) thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T-section of sizes 1" x1" (25mmX25mm,1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2'X2'(600mmX600mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 4mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on the side wall with the use of aliminium L- Section of size 1"X1" (25mmX25mm, 1mm thick) Angles etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge, Manufacturer's specification and drawing.
