Improvement to existing Tali and Ganpati Visarjan Platform at Vodlem Bhat, Santa Cruz, in Santa Cruz Constituency in Tiswadi Taluka.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of coglomerates, all types of laterite rocks, soft rock,ordinary rock,disintegrated rock,fissured / shuttered rock, decomposed or weathered rock and such other materials in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling,wedging etc.but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry,moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out constructed of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas within 50 m all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Engineer- in- charge etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc.with hairline finish, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer, ( for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing coloured ceramic tiles spartek or equivalent of 12 " x 12" (399x150 mm cut size) 6 mm thick in skirting and dados on 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with cement slurry complete.

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. : 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Providing and fixing Granite stone slabs (mirror polished) 18mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on cement paste and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete : Cherry Red

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.
