Opening Top Lid Cover of Transformer 100 to 350 KVA 6600/433 indoor/outdoor, as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations and disconnecting all Internal Connections of HT/LT Side for Periodical Maintenance such as Cleaning of Core and Winding by means of Washing by Hosing Down with Clean Dry Oil to removed Dust/Sludge on Core and Coil, Cleaning of Oil Tank to removed Sludge deposited, Replacement of Rusted Gasket Set, Burnt Spindle, Broken/ Unserviceable HV/LV Ceramic Bushing, Broken Arc Horn, Surge Arrestor, Replacement of Silica Gel, etc. & connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified

Taking down carefully defective transformer of 100 to 350 KVA 6600/433 indoor/outdoor and from foundation base including draining out old transformer oil complete carefully and keeping the same in a cleaned container in safe custody for re use after repair works of transformer and transportation from site to contractors workshop and back to site after repair, connecting HT as well as LT side to existing system, testing and commisioning all as & connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and .. NOTE : Transformer Oil to be re-used should be dehydrated/ filtered under respective items.

M&L for open the top cover of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 350 KVA, after disconnecting HT/LT connection, drain out of transformer oil and preserve it in container, replacement of all gasket for prevention of leaking, replacement of broken HT/LT bushes complete as per existing size all as directed, refixing all connection and testing on load & connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified [NOTE FOR ITEM No. 1.00 to 4.00:- (a) Cost of Transformer Oil for Cleaning by Hosing down shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Each sample of oil will be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE's/Engr-in-charge and test result will be submitted accordingly). (iii) Centrifugal machine with all T&P and Testing Machine , oil required shall be arranged by contractor. (iv) Oil required for topping up the transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately in relvent item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation for laying of cable to be done manualy, carefully without distrubing existing cable or water pipe lines. If any damaged occured to exiting cable and pipe line during excavation, contractor has to repair it with in time limit without any extra cost. If contractor delayed in repairing, Panality @ of 500/- per hour to be charghed, if repairing is not carry out within 12 hours.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out defective HT UG cable alongwith PCC cover from trenches complete all as directed.

Supply, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable punned down to 18 cm for under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, as per IS - 5820 of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid perpendicular to the length of UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed .

Re-laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, as per IS - 5820 of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid perpendicular to the length of UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying & testing and connecting cable HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm, ( earth grade) ISI marked with valid CML no, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for detecting of fault in 11KV (E) HT cable of any size (within 1 KM to 3 KM length), 3 core laid in trenches/ducts with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, echo fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc and exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated portion of cable, treating the cable including making it ready for jointing work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of earthwork excavation as required. (ii) Cable if replaced & Jointing kit shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) As the work is releated to maintenance, the work of fault detection has to be carry out on Priority and on requirement basis as on occurance of fault within 24 hrs so as to rectify the fault and to restore the electric supply of stn. If contractor delay the job, necessary panlty at the rate of Rs 1000.00 per hrs (after 12 hrs) will be imposed on contractor.

Comprehensive maintenance as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations for a period of 06 months including disconnecting and taking out existing HT 6.6 KV to 11 KV VCBs of any make from housing and cleaning, rubbing and servicing/overhauling , Calibration and decarbonising the mechanical parts and Servicing of 6.6 KV to 11 KV in door VCB, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 6.6 KV to 11 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. & connected accessories through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and .
