Providing and fixing aluminium work for shutter of doors, windows, ventilators and galazed partitions with extrusion built up standard tubulars and other sections of Jindal / Hindalco approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS : 1285 anodised aluminium ( anodised transparent of dyed to required shade accordingly to IS :1868, minimum coating to grade AC- 15) ( AC- fifteen) , fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size , including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprence gasket etcetra . Providing and fixing 12mm (Twelve millimetre) thick Phenol Bonded (Both Sides) Prelaminated BWP Grade Partical Board in Matt Finish Flat pressed three layeror graded wood partical board conforming to IS No. 12823 of action Tesa/ Greenlam/ Merinolam/Kitlam/Vista/Century ply as per ISI and approved shade Grade-I type-II in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etcetra complete, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall Painting (two or more coats) with Interior acrylic emlusion paint of Nerolac/ Asian paints of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade two or more coats on old work give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of material within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
