SCHEDULE `A' ( CIVIL WORK) Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles including applying 3Kg/Sqm cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

(Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour 18 to 20 mm thick Granite, (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps, pillar, jambs, cocking platform corner shelf , flat shelf and alike including bedded and jointed in cement mortar ( 1:4) including cutting and polishing, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 including roundeding the exposed surfaces of granite complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 15-20 mm thick as in steps of stair case i.e as in treds of staircase over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including backing coat of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including rubbing and polishing ( mirror finish) including provision of two nos 3 x 3 mm groves at tread of each step complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 15-20 mm thick as in verticle surfaces of stair case i.e as in risers / skerting over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including backing coat of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including rubbing and polishing ( mirror finish) complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).
