Outsourcing of services for conservancy and housekeeping and providing 01x SAFAIWALA (Unskillled) and carrying out works of sweeping, cleaning, mopping, disinfecting etc. of buildings comprising rooms, corridors, staircase, toilet, open area, walls, ceilings, doors & windows, sanitary fittings etc. and roads, hard standing, open/ closed rain water drains situated within the premises of CWE Dinjan using suitable devices/tools by deputing 01 Safaiwalas per day for 08 hours (a shift) under GE Dinjan complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) The works shall not be carried out on Sundays, closed holidays and non-functional days as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge/Adm officer of CWE office and shall not be paid for these days. The working time shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge/Adm officer of CWE office. (ii) The Safaiwalas shall be physically and mentally sound to perform his duties. (iii) The contractor shall provide device, tools, safety equipments, uniforms, identity cards, attendance register etc. (iv) Water and chemical required for disinfection will be issued by the department without any cost. (v) The Safaiwala shall be minimum eighteen years of age at the time of appointment. (vi) The contractor shall provide proper dress/uniform with name plate to the Safaiwalas. (vii) The contractor shall pay to his workmen in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.

Outsourcing of services for conservancy and housekeeping and providing 03x PEON (Semi-skillled) and carrying out works of attending the bell of the officers, ensuring that sitting arrangements in the officers’ room/ visitor’s lounge is hygienic and clean before the commencement of office hours, bringing and serving water, carrying files and dak etc. to the officer/ official concerned in the office as well as in the officers/ officials residence, distribution of dak in different offices, operating and maintaining photocopier machine. preparing sets as directed and any other similar works assigned of the offices of CWE Dinjan by deputing for 08 hours (a shift) under GE Dinjan complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) The works shall not be carried out on Sundays, closed holidays and non-functional days as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge/ Adm officer of CWE office and shall not be paid for these days. (ii) The minimum qualification of Peon shall be matriculation and he shall be physically sound to perform his duties. (iii) The contractor shall provide device, tools, safety equipments, uniforms, identity cards, attendance register etc. (iv) The Peon shall be minimum eighteen years of age at the time of appointment. (v)) The contractor shall provide proper dress/uniform with name plate to the Chowkidar. (vi) The contractor shall pay to his workmen in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment.

Notes for Srl Item No. 1 to 2 (a) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender and other statutory requirement such as EPF etc including GST as in force on the end date of bid submission. (b) Tenderer's are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (c) Contractor will also provide suitable dress, protective mask and sanitizer to each operator and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The contractor shall also vacinate the workers at suitable time as per the state govt/central govt instruction and all cost of the same deemed to be borne by the contractor at no extra cost to the govt. (d) Obtaining security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him. (e) The manpower shall paid only for the days/shifts on which they are present and ahve attended the office. (f) Attendance register shall be maintained by both department and contractor and contactor shall be produced piriodically for verification. Late attandance without prior intimation/permission of the department shall be treated as absent. (g) The rate quoted by the bidder are deemed to include provision of all transportation charges, T & P, and all taxes etc. (h) If the employee found remain absent without prior intimation/permission of the department and alternete arrangement is not made by the contractor to provide suitable reliever the recovery at the double the rate quoted by the contractor or prorata (as applicable) shall be recovered from the contractor. The contractor shall pay to his workmen in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment
