Annual rate contract for Maintenance of Pumps, Valve replacements, Flange joints, Heat Exchangers, maintenance work in round the clock shift, NDT works etc. at HWPK site.

Preventive maintenance of process Pumps in XU & H2S area with carrying out Bearing housing oil changing, foundation fasteners tightening, coupling checking etc.

Gasket replacement of flange joints including maintenance up to pipe size 2” NB to 6" NB (Class- 150# to 600#)

Gasket replacement of flange joints including maintenance up to pipe size 8” NB to 12" NB (Class- 150# to 600#)

Gasket replacement of flange joints including maintenance up to pipe size 14” NB to 30" NB (Class- 150# to 300#)

Removal and re-installation of valves after maintenance and torquing of flange joints providing new gaskets including shifting and collection of valve from maintenance shop/store of size ranging from 2” NB to 6" NB (Class- 150# to 600#)

Removal and re-installation of valves after maintenance and torquing of flange joints providing new gaskets including shifting and collection of valve from maintenance shop/store of size ranging from 8” NB to 12" NB (Class- 150# to 600#)

Removal and re-installation of valves after maintenance and torquing of flange joints providing new gaskets including shifting and collection of valve from maintenance shop/store of size ranging from 14” NB to 30" NB (Class- 150# to 600#)

Cleaning of process pump suction strainer by cleaning agent such as water and drying with service air. The collected muck shall be disposed off to dustbin.

Online torquing of glands of valves upto 6" NB (Class- 150# to 600#) in order to arrest online leakage against SWP under guidance of HWPK representative.

Online torquing of glands of valves of size 8” NB to 12" NB (Class- 150# to 600#) in order to arrest online leakage against SWP under guidance of HWPK representative.

Online torquing of glands of valves of size 14” NB to 30" NB (Class- 150# to 600#) in order to arrest online leakage against SWP under guidance of HWPK representative.

Providing insert/ regular blinds at appropriate/designated locations as per SWP for de-contamination / maintenance of pumps, HEX, Vessels and pipe lines.

Maintenance/ replacement of Mechanical seal assembly of process pumps (inspection of mechanical seal, replacement of elastomer, stationary and rotary parts, seal testing etc.)

Alignment of process pumps including de-coupling and coupling of pumps including correction of shims as required.

Replacement of channel cover/shell cover of HEX in exchange unit, torquing of studs as per torquing chart and application of molykote on fasteners.

Providing and operating of chain pulley blocks from 1MT capacity to 5MT capacity on required elevation for handling of load such as pumps , motors, valves etc.

Maintenance of H2S Gas Compressor which includes inspection, cleaning and replacement of componennts of compressor assembly, gear box, journal bearings and connected seal oil & lube oil system followed by allignment check

Collection of materials from central stores against RCIV, stacking of spares in sectional DU stores, handling of attendance musters and scanning of documents, Xeroxing of urgent documents transfer of files within offices at HWPK premises

Ultrasonic thickness measuring/ hardness measuring/ LPT/ Vibration measurement of rotary equipments, report preparation by trained/ qualified persons.

Replacement of seal oil & lube oil strainer & filter of H2S Gas Booster in round the clock shift.

Oil filling to bearing housing of pumps in round the clock shift.

Hose connection for sealing valves & flushing equipments etc. at HWPK site in round the clock shift.
