Construction/beautification of a public platform in Gram Panchayat Chandrapuri

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upt 1.50 M, and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundaton trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches. Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite tratement and creating a chemical barrier under and allaround the column pits, wait tranches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor along externel perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complet (plinth area of the buidling at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313 part II 1981) Chloropyrophos or any other approved material such as heptachlor or cholordance will be used the rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows Ch. 8 Item No. 1

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge B/B, F/Sand of 1.25 F:M cement proportion 8:4:1 i/csupply of all matrial Labour T&P etc./c in all camp. (S.I.No. 275)

R.C.C Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.GI Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire of supplied by the contractor free of cost. As per S.I. No-283(a)

M-150 class Brick Work in 1:6 cement, C/sand mortar in foundation up to plinth as per (S.I. 303

R.C.C.work 1:1.5:3 with cement, approved Coarse Sand & 20cm guage stone grit etc. include in plinth & door bend centering & shuttering etc. copletion of work S.I. No.283a

M-150 Brick Work in 1:6 with cement & coarse sand mortar in superstructure in one brick wall i/csupply of all materials.labour etc. complete S.I.No 303,309 310

P.C.C in 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand & 20 mm gauge stone grit in hold fasts i/c supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete S.I.No. 279A

R.C.C in 1:1.5:3 with cement, coarse sand & 20 mm gauge stone grit in slab including supply of all materials,labour etc complete S.I.No. 284A
