Taking down carefully of existing aluminium door except floor spring/ hydraulic door closer from the existing frame and repair the same for smooth operation/ movement, including replacing of aluminium door handle, hinge, rubber beat etc. and refixing in the same location after repairing all components, complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as spcomplete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, aluminium handles, cast type, anodised, 200mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repars for, door closer (extruded section) hydraulically regulated, designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, aluminium with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame,92 mm x 29.5 mm for three track sliding windows with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., with sliding type shutters,without sash bars, aluminium sections with powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) 39 mm x 20 mm including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips,rubber packing,anodised aluminium with powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap beading,screws etc.(Thickness of aluminium sections not less than 1.5 mm),with suitable sliding & locking arrangement,stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and 4.8 mm thick sheet glass tinted,complete all as specified and directed.
