Replacement of 2x50MVAR line Reactor with new 2x63 MVAR Line ractor along with dismantlling, recommissioning of Emulsifire system and associated works at 400KV Substation Bareilly with all cost of men, misc. consumables, crane / hydra, hydraulic jacks, normal & special t&ps, rails, centrifuging machine with operator etc required to be arranged by agency for satisfactory completion of the work, with all due care of safety & precautions as per technical specifications and direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below :
(1) Complete dismantlling and safe stacking of Emulsifier system i.e. different sized pipes, G.I. structures , Gate Valve ,Nozzles,Quartzoid bulbs,Pressure Gauge, Pressure Switch, etc. (@ 1 Nos Emulsifier system per Reactor )
(2) Complete dismantling of the accessories of 50MVAR Reactors including opening of Jumpers, removal of earthing, opening of cable connections, draining out the reactor oil into empty oil drums upto required level. Removal of conservator tank, radiators, pipe lines, Bushings, Marshaling box, L.A. etc. then fixing of blanking plates on the radiators, pipe Lines, Conservator Tank, Turret etc. (Blanking Plates including Bolts & Nuts, as Required shall be Provided / Arranged by the Department). (1 Job for each Reactor)
(3) Complete dismantlaing of NGR by opening jumper of Main bushing, Neutral Bushing, removal of earthing , opening of cable connections, draining out of oil into empty oil drumps, upto required level, removal of conservator tank,pipe lines etc. (1 Job for each NGR)
(4) Proper Packing of the HV Bushings ( 3 Nos )/ Neutral Bushings ( 01 No) of the dismantled 50MVAR Reactors after Wrapping of Bushings with Polythene Sheet in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates. (1 Job for each Reactor)
(5) Proper Packing of the HV bushing (01 No) , Neutral Bushing (01 ) of the above Dismantle NGR of line Reactor after Wrapping of Bushings with Polythene Sheet in Separate Wooden Cases / Crates. (1 Job for each NGR)
(6) Shifting & Proper Stacking of all the Dismantled parts of the 50MVAR Reactor i.e. NGR tank and accessories, Conservator Tank of reactor, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Marshaling Box, and oil in Drums etc. upto safe storage place distance Approx. 275 meters (1Job for each reactor).
(7) Shifting of Main Tank of the 50MVAR Reactor from its Plinth upto safe storage place distance approx. 275 meters including Turnings of the Tank, as Required. (1Job for each Reactor)
(8) Shifting of Main Tank of the 63MVAR Reactors from its unloading place to plinth distace approx. 60 meters including Turnings of the Tank, as Required. (1Job for each Reactor)
(9) Shifting of complete accessories of 63MVAR Reactors i.e. NGR tank and accessories, Conservator Tank, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Marshaling Box, Reactor Oil in Drums etc. from its unloading place to plinth distace approx. 350 meters.(1Job for each Reactor)
(10) Complete Erection of the 63MVAR Reactors including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV / Neutral Bushing, LA, Connecting Pipe Lines, Marshaling Box, OTI, WTI, Capillary Tubes etc. (1 Job for each Reactors)
(11) Complete Erection of the NGR Reactor including its Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV / Neutral Bushings, Connecting Pipe Lines, OTI, WTI, Capillary Tubes etc. (1 Job for each NGR)
(12) Top Up of oil and Centrifuging / Dehydration of the Complete Reactor and NGR Oil in oil tanks and filled in 63MVAR Reactors and NGR with due Circulation of Oil by Ultra High Vacuum Oil Filtration Plant, Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved including Taking the BDV Values of Oil & IR Values of the Reactor Bushings, Periodically (every 2 hrs.) till the Required Value are Achieved including Attending the Oil Leakages, if any. (45KL for each Reactor)
(13) Re-Termination of old Control Cables of the Dismantled 50MVAR Reactor and NGR with above new 63MVAR Reactor alongwith Re-Glanding, Re-Ferruling etc. as per new Cable Schedule. (1 Job for each Reactors)
(14) Laying of following sizes Additional / New Control Cables for Commissioning of the above 63MVAR and NGR as per Site Requirement :
(15) Making of Delta for Neutral Earthing of NGR by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter long Electrodes of 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing Under the Ground at Equal Distance of 1 Meter at 700 mm depth by Digging of Earth and Connecting all the 3 No. Electrodes with 75 mm × 10 mm size M.S. Flat and Taking out the M.S. Riser by due Cutting, Bending, Welding etc. of the M.S. Flat. (1 Job per Delta per Reactor)
(16) Earthing of Main Tank , Marshaling Box, of the above 63MVAR Reactors with the help of 75×10 mm / 50×6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat with Necessary modifiactions. (1 Job for each Reactors)
(17) Earthing of Main Tank, neutral bushing of the NGR with the help of 75×10 mm / 50×6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat Places with Necessary modifiaction. (1 Job for each Reactors)
(18) Jumpering of the above 63MVAR Reactors and NGRs as per Details below :
(a) Jumpering with twin moose ACSR Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, between HV side Bushings to central brake line reactor isolator. (1Job for each Reactor)
(b) Jumpering of Main Bushing of NGR to Neutral Bushing of 63 MVAR Reactors through L.A with ACSR Moose Conductor. (1Job for each Reactor)
(19) Laying, insatllation testing and commisioing of dismantalled / old GI pipe lines with elbows, tees, sockets, flanges, Bends, Fire Nozzles of required sizes, QB detectors assembly of old Emulsifire system for its recommissoning as per details below :
(a) 150 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 12 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(b) 80 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 5 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(c) 50 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 66 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(d) 25 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 170 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(e) Installation of high pressure fire nozzle ( @ 40 Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(f) Installation of Q.B detector assembly with Quartzoid bulb ( @ 30 Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(20) Providing, Laying, installation testing and commisioing of GI pipe lines with sockets, flanges, Bends , Fire Nozzles of required sizes, QB detectors assembly as per requirement of remodeled Emulsifire system as per details below
(a) 150 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 5 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(b) 80 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 10 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(c) 50 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 40 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(d) 25 mm dia pipe lines ( @ 100 Meters per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(e) Installation of high pressure fire nozzle( @ 20 Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(f) Installation of Q.B detector assembly with Quartzoid bulb (@ 20 Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(21) Replacement of damaged pressure gauge by new one (@ 2 Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(22) Replacement of damaged pressure switch by new one (@ 1 Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(23) Replacement of damaged sluice valve 150 NB ( @ 2 Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
(24) Construction of RCC Foundation with Grouting of 04 Nos.Foundation Eye Bolts with Cement ,sand,stone Ballast Mixture in Ratio of 1:3:6 For Installation & Fixing of 80mm dia. G.I. Pipe support with Base Plate. ( @ 25Nos per Emulsifier per Reactor)
