ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL :- FD-1031 Scrapping old painted surfaces and complete removal of existing paint on surfaces with chemical / aerosal spray and sparay painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and removal of dents / bends and welding wherever required filling with putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specificed and as directed. Note :- (i) Almirah as a whole shall be measured as single unit.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL :- FD-1032 Scrapping old painted surfaces and complete removal of existing paint on surfaces with chemical / aerosal spray and sparay painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and removal of dents / bends and welding wherever required filling with putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specificed and as directed. Note :-Almirah as a whole shall be measured as single unit. Note for Sl item No. 1.00 & 1.01 : Royal blue / Air Force blue colour for entire Almirah and half white colour for doors ( front side) as per sample kept in BSO office.

Removing the existing unserviceable damaged shelf from Almirah large steel and S&F new shelf made out 1.00 mm thick MS sheet bent to shape of existing pattern welding etc.,including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specificed and as directed. Note: Each shelf will be measured as one unit.

Removal the existing unserviceable lock of any description in any position from Almirah large / medium steel and S&F new lock (brass) 6 levers with duplicate key fixing with suitable machine screws complete all as specificed and directed.

Removal of existing unserviceable handle from Almirah large / medium steel and S&F new chromium plated handle 100 mm long fixing with suitable nut / pins complete all as specificed and as directed.

BOOK CASE STEEL :- FD-1028 Scrapping old painted surfaces and complete removal of existing paint on surfaces with chemical / aerosal spray and sparay painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and repairs to sliding arrangements , removal of dents / bends and welding wherever required filling with putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specificed and as directed. Note :- (i) Each book case shall be measured as single unit.

Removing and replacing the old broken glass with 3mm thick plain glass and packing wherever required to make intact and tightning the loose fittings complete all as specificed and as directed.

Removal of existing unserviceable handle from book case steel and S&F new chromium plated handle 75 mm long fixing with suitable nut / pins complete all as specificed and as directed.

Removal the existing unserviceable lock of any description in any position from book case steel and S&F new steel lock (6 levers ) with duplicate key fixing with suitable machine screws complete all as specificed and directed.

Chair Varandha FD- 359: Re-canning of chair varandah after removing the existing cane and to carry out necessay welding and repair if required and painted with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint and weaving with new white plastic cane of approved quality with 4mm wide half round type for seat and back as per pattern shown on drg including fixing of 4 Nos hard rubber shoes of 20 mm dia (black colour) to each chair verandah complete all as shown ansd as directed. Note: Cane shall be of plastic strips of superior quality, type-I, (HDPE) white or cream as directed by Engineer-In- Charge of uniform width conforming to IS-5387.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER / CLERK STEEL :- FD-1003/ FD-1004 : Removing the unserviceable drawer and S&F new drawer made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape, welding etc,including preparing the new steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drg and as directed. Note: Each drawer will be measured as one unit.

Removing the old unserviceable top of table office clerk steel and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, ISI marked, with one face decorative laminate and other balancing white including 20/19 X4mm thick teak wood, half round beading, duly polished, glossy finish all around complete all as specificed and directed
