S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including joint filling (Size 30mm deep x 10mm wide) with sealing compound grade-A at 3m interwal and corner complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joint to be provided at each interval of 3m and corner and cost of the same deemed included in quoted rate.

Providing & fixing of windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 52 x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap. Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2nos of heavy-duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be panelled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade). Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self-expanding, screws.Including 10mm square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch, complete all as spd and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of 1 mm thick wall care putty to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed .

S&F rolled mild steel section for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

S&F mild steel plate (plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or weleded attachement confirming to Fe- 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts 16 to 20mm dia ( Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts exc 15 cm and n exc 22.5 cm long, complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

S&F 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm screed bed 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for damp proof course (DPC), 40 mm thick, cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with WPC (liquid type) @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, as in roof kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; hooks for hanging fans and similar small articles complete all as specified.

S&F factory made Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with hold fasts and brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as risers of steps, skirting, dado etc over and including 10mm cement screed bed laid in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including spike rolling complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and preparation of new plaster surface.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete.all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance exc 250 m and not exceeding 500m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete.all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with FLYASH bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 on ceiling of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on new ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge.The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement, laid in pannel with and including 4 mm thick, 38mm wide glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 25 mm thick sand cushining complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sides of rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including saucer drain and toe wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick or concrete surface incl finish even and smooth(without using extra cement) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed..

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab (for drain) and set in CM (1:4) including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed.
