Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil except sheet rock reguiring blasting to proper profile with all leads, lift and delifts to proper section and profile including dressing and leveling the bed upto required depth and making it fit for laying concrete and depositng the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering if necessary from foundation complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in F. & P. with sand watered and rammed including cost conveyance & royalty of materials with labour nad T & P required for the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:4:8) with 40mm size cruser brocken Hard Granite H. B. Metal for foundation concrete approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete to the required level ramming,watering,curring etc. complete including cost,conevyance & royalty of materials with all labour charges as per the direction of E.I.C.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth of size (23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm) having crusing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance plus minus 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost,conveyance & royalty of materials with labour charges etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 work with cement concrete with crushed granite 20 mm down grade course agregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by Vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m deapth including watering ,curing for required period 28 days, centring & shuttering providing grooves wherever necessary including cost,conveyance,royalty and other taxes of all materials,labour, T & P required for this item including hire and running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415) cutting,bendingcracking,hooking,welding or jointing (if required0 , the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills,hoisting,lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works including cost,conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges required for the works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2")thick cement plaster (1:6) fininshing smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints including watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C..

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finishing smooth to inside rough surface of 9"/10" thick brick walls after racking out the joint including watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

20mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finishing smooth to inside rough surface of stone or Brick masonary after racking out the joint including watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T& P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C..

Supplying,fitting and fixing verified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make confeorming IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar(1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all work all materials, taxes,labour, T&P, etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing the ceramic wall tiles in dados skirting risers of steps on 12 mm thick C.P.(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rabbing and polishing complete including cost,carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P required etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing industrial Chequred tiles in floors of size 300mm x 300mm of approved make conforming IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar(1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost,carriage, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour and T & P required etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat painting a coat of priming to plastered surface of wall with approved shade to give an even shade inculding cost,conveyance,royalty,taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with any approved plastic emulsion paint including priming one coat with water proof cement primer (Nerolac/Asian/burger/Dulux) to inner surface inculding cost,conveyance,royalty,taxes of all materials with all labour, T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with ement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including all cost , conveyance, taxes etc. complete and as direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.
