Providing Project management Consultancy services for the work of Comprehensive Development of Road Drains and providing Water Supply and other allined works at Various Assembly Constituency (PACKAGE-1)

The Firm should been registered with the Registrar of companies and should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as consultants having carried out similar assignments with office in Karnataka.

The consulting firm shall have successfully completed similar assignments that best illustrates their qualification for the assignment.The PMC should have executed PMC consultancy services for (Government/Semi Government/PSU) completed during last 5 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are being invited for costing not less than Rs 39.8 Crore. (Where in 3rd party, AEF consultancy services are not considered as similar works)

Qualification and experience of key professional staff as per tener document (clause 5.2)

Average annual turnover of the consulting firm shall be not less than Rs. 160.00 lakhs in the last 5 Financial years (FY 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22 & 2020-21)

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted.Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in response to TOR
