Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable LED street light/post top lentern/ bollarad light with brackets fixed on HT/LT/Street light poles, repairing after cleaning and replacing the un-serviceable parts and refixing / reconnecting after replacing wires / jumpers as required for proper functioning of street light fittings complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : -(i) Parts replaced shall be measured and paid for as "Supply only" here-in-after. (ii) Cost of replacement of wornout wire of the fittings and connections as per existing size of conductor of the each fittings shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted of this item.

M&L in replacement MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps, 36 KA 415 Volts , adjustable type including necessary connection including taking down existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impactand corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 100/120 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impactand corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 40 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing, connection and testing of Integral decorative LED bollard with pyramid trypod type IP 65 protection with 360 degree light distribution with necessary electric connection complete MAKE:- Cromption, Model: LBLSN-10-CDL or equivalent including the taking down of old unserviceable LED bollard light complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair hot press moulded SMC junction cable jointing box 200x140x95 mm dimension,off white color with SMC base and SMC door,door fixed with hinge on left side ,door fixed with mechanical fasteners inlcuding bus bar and MCB for connection to the cable( Sintex Cat Part No:GSJB-2014 or equivalent approved by engr-in-charge) complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCB SP ‘C’ curve, 10KA 32 & 40 amps including necessary connection including taking down existing unserviceable MCB from DB complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 2.50 sqmm PVC insulated,unsheathed,multi-stranded,three core,FRLS copper conductor cable for connection of security light to junction box or over head conductor including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair rigid non metalic PVC conduit (ISI Mark) of external dia 25mm with fixing accessories such as couplers,saddles,nuts,clamps etc all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The cost of Clamps, nut bolts etc shall be included in the rate quoted.

Supply only Driver for LED 60/72 Watt complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Make :- Bajaj / Havells / CG/Wipro

S&F in repair street light brackets made out of 40mm dia light grade GI tubing, bent to shape length not less than 1.20 metre fixed with suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- The cost of Clamps, nut bolts etc shall be included in the rate quoted.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated,unsheathed,multi-stranded,three core,FRLS copper conductor cable for connection of security light to DB or over head conductor including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing ,connecting and testing of 3 pole power contactor 63 A including taking down unserviceable contactor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs ,connecting and testing of Time switch ,single phase,(24 hrs), 250 V AC,50 Hz including taking down unserviceable time switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED solar light fittings 40 watt, water proof FRP body with integrated solar panel for outdoor purpose fixed on existing pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing 10 sqmm 2 core (TC) heavy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing MCB TP 63 Amps 240 volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement LED bulb of 9 watt, 6500 K complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE - One Skilled Electrician with helper provided by contractor on daily basis to rectifying the defects and check the servicibility of the street/ security/ garden/ post top lantern lights till the completion of the contract.
