NOTE :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. In case the overall quoted rates are less than to the overall minimum wages as mention in SCh 'A' notes and such quoted bid shall be consider as a non-bonafide bids and same shall be rejected during financial evaluation. The tenderers should keep in mind while quoting their offer. However contractor/bidder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for rejection of financial bids.

Outsourcing of 08 hrs Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) service per day per month including reliver on Sundays & holidays for day to day operation of central AC plant installation and entire system/equipments including all equipment/machinery etc one shift per day per month including reliever on Sundays & holidays for day to day operation of ceritain AC plant installation at CH(EC) as per direction of Engg-in-Charge’s/GE and daily house keeping maintenance of plant area and daily maintenance of necessary records & documents all as specified here-in-after:- Qty- {02 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x 03 shifts ( Morning , Evening & Night Shift) x 01 no AC Plant(Main CH Bldg) +01 no Refrigerator Mechanics(Skilled) x (02 shifts ( Morning , Evening Shift)+ 03 shifts ( Morning , Evening & Night Shift)) x 01 no AC Plant(Defi Tech CH(EC) } x11 Month =11 Each calendar month per 08 hours service(per shift).

Notes for item no 2 to 5.08:- (a) Amount of bonus is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, i.e proof of account payment. Similarly items/sub-items of ‘contribution towards EPF’ and ‘contribution towards ESIC’ shall also be payable after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment. (b) Irrespective of quoted rate against wage here-in-above , the tenderer/bidder shall be liable to pay unit quoted wage or minimum wages (as mention in Sch ‘A’note) whichever is higher to employee. Similarly the tenderer/bidder shall be liable to deposite/pay employer contribution towards EPF , employer contribution towards ESIC, Bonus quoted rate or liable amount as per Govt notification whichever is higher.

(c) DUTY TIME :- A normal working time of 08 hour shift as mentioned in PS. However, GE/Engg-in-Charge at his discretion may change the shift timings as per requirements and 1 shift or 2 shift installation may be late-night hours. The shift of 08 hours shall be continuous. The quoted rate shall be deemed to take into account such situations.B34 (d) Operator will take all preventive measures as per code of practise of EI Rules as well as they should be insured for accident as per labour laws. The Department will not be responsible for any type of incident. (e) All the safety equipments and tools related to workmanship shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. Contractor shall be provide T & P such as (Pipe wrench, pliers, line tester, test lamp, clamp meter) two set of uniforms to every operator, one No first aid box, cotton waste, wipping cloths to each installation under contract schedule, required log sheets of pumping sets and DG sets of all installations and sweeping instruments and the cost thereof deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (f) Blank (g) The term & condition as specified in Sch 'A' Note & PS of tender document. Accordingly bidder should quoting their offer. (h) Unit rate shall be quoted one Fitter General Mechanic / Fitter General Mechanic Mate/Electrician per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month. (i)The operator should have own conveyance and communication system like mobile etc. (j) Unit rate shall be quoted one AC operator(Refrigerator Mechanics)/Fitter General Mechanic/Fitter General Mechanic Mate/Electrician mate/Electrician mate per 08 hour service per Day for one calendar month including reliver on sundays / holidays. (k)Proper dress of worker as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost.
