Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in- charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (i) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (i) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate

Providing and fixing 100 mm diameter and 60 cm long rain water spout in cement mortar 1:4

Providing and fixing to inlet mouth of rain water pipe PTMT (an Engineering thermoplastic) gratings square (Silt) 150 mm square with a height of 8 mm and weighing not less than 100 gms

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (i) 1:4(1 Cement : 4 Fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (i) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. (i) "T" or "L" Shapped Iron or Pipe post

Dismantling expanded metal or I.R.C. fabrics with necessary battens and beading including stacking the serviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete. (i) M.S (50 x 50 x5 mm )Angle Post

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (i) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 5 Km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (i) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Office - In-Charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth to be paid separately)
