Earthwork Excavation work in Ordinary work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Random rubble masonry upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Random rubble masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand) with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing Cement Plaster in fine sand 1:4, 20mm thick as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing and fixing G.I tubular gate (double shutters) with 40mm dia G.I pipes and specials including diagonal pipes and frame welded to approved weld mesh of 75x25mm size (3.15 mm x 5 mm dia) including painting with one priming coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade (total three coats) etc., with locking arrangements, necessary MS flats, iron pintels etc., including fixing in CC bed blocks as directed with 12mm dia bolits and nuts, washers etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift. etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.

Transportation of excavated earth up to a lead of 12 Km etc., including stacking , loading ,and unloading leads and lifts and levelling the unloaded materials at the place of unloading etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete.
