Window Type ACs : Taking down the defective compressor from the unit and supply and fix new and factory sealed compressor of same make (including cleaning refrigeration circuit with ,cleaning agents flushing through with CO2/N2,complete removal of dirt,oil and carbon etc pressure testing dehydrating, vaccuming, replacment of copper pipe,copper stainer,topping up com pressor oil ) testing and commissioning of window type AC units 1.5Ton capacity. Note:- Charging of R-22 gas will be measured and paid under relevent item of schedule

Supply and fix in repairs air cooled condenser assembly including pipe connections and brazing to the units for 1 Ton/1.5 Ton capacity window type AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the corrorded AC units of 1Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity and carring repairs to sheet metal parts,tinkering the parts and replacing fully correded sheet metal parts like base plate,fan motor base plate etc.with MS sheet of appropritae gauge including bending to match with the existing size and shape,welding/brazing and assembling inculding repalcing all nuts and bolts,sheet metal screws and painting the complete body with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, if necessary shifting of the window AC to new position complete all as specified and as directed. Make of paint :M/s. Asian Paints [Apcolite], M/s. Berger Paints [Luxol], Jenson & Nicholson [Brolac] all are 1st quality.

Taking down the window type AC unit of 1Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity and scraping out cleaning and preparing the surface of shell cover and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinic chorme primer and metal screws and refixing back to the postion complete all as specified and as directed. Make of paint :M/s. Asian Paints [Apcolite], M/s. Berger Paints [Luxol], Jenson & Nicholson [Brolac] all are 1st quality.

Taking down the burnt fan motor of 1Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity AC rewinding with appropriate gauge super enameled copper wire,varnishing,renewal of shaft and bushes stud bolts,terminal wire,reassembling and fixing back to its original postion and testing.

Supply and fix in repairs new thermostatic switch for window type ACs complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Indfoss/Ranutrol.

Taking down the AC units for servicing,inculding dismantling the unit carefully, cleaning the sheet metal parts removal of scale from the parts,chemical cleaning of cooling coil and condenser with appropriate cleaning agent,flushing through for proper air flow across the coil to improve the cooling effciency, reassembling the parts and installing in its original postion for 1 Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity window type AC unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs oscillation motor assembly with louvers for window type AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs air cooled cooling coil for window type ACs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs operating knobs for window type ACs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs front grill assembly for 1.5 ton/2.0 ton capacity window AC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for modification of copper tubing for window ACs including insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of the unserviceable temperature sensor probes and supply and fix new temperature sensor probes in the main circuit of split type AC complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, non functional PCB cord suitable for window type ACs of 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Water cooler : Taking down unserviceable water cooler from the site and transporting the same for repair, removing the unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) from the water cooler and S&F factory overhauled compressor duly charged with compressor oil and gas including welding in position and testing on required pressure and transporting the water cooler at site and to its original location of capacity 40/80 ltr complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Usha/Arco/Sidhwal. Note : Supply only Gas shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning the system with CTC and charging the refrigent gas as required and checking of leakage in the system of water coller of capacity 40/80 ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Replacement of running capacitor for water cooler 40/80 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace startig relay for water cooler 40/80 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old defective over load protector & S&F new over load protector suitable for 40/80 ltr water cooler complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Renutral/Techno mech.

M&L for cleaning of water cooler complete internally and externally including scraping and removing all scales and dirt etc. applying two coats of synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat red oxide of primer and writing of SM/MES No in 3 cm high complete all as specified and as directed. Refrigerators : Taking down unserviceable refrigerator of capacity 310/286 ltr from the site and transporting the same to work shop for repair/removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) and supply and fix factory overhauled compressor duly changed with compressor oil and gas including welding in position and testing on required pressure and transporting back to its site and fix in original location complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately.

Repari to voltage stabiliser of any make phase with input voltage 135-190V and output voltage 200-240 volts, cap upto 5 KVA by dismantling and taking our burnt main transformer and rewinding with suitable guage super enamelled copper wire, warnishing, etc., complete including replacement of unserviceable/defective volt meter, (0-300 volts) Make of voltmeter : AE/primer

Material and Labour for Cutting existing ceiling , making / providing hole for repair of inner unit if leakage found, brazing / scaling the same with approved scaling materials and making good as per the existing ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.
