Improvement, Special Repairs and Civil Maintenance to Staff Quarters and Compound Wall and beautification of Dolphin Nose Lighthouse

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and all as directed including cost of all labour, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.

a) Demolishing brick work or masonry walls manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(for damaged latrine pedestals, Septic tank/Inspection chamber walls etc.)

b) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.( for damaged PCC for Septic tank/Inspection chamber bottom if required, support walls on top, pathways, plinth protection etc)

c) Dismantling tile work in floors and skirting laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.(For damaged tiles flooring/skirting, decorative tiles on top slab etc.)

d) Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area 3 sq. metres and below all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

e) Dismantling of FRP Bio Toilets manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead and repairing the area with cement plaster 1:3 all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all labours, necessary tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete.

a) Earth work in excavation including Ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, removal of snake huts lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, and excavate without damaging of existing cables/Pipes as directed by Engineer-incharge.

b) Supplying and filling in plinth with clean river sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. including cost of all labour, tools & plants, etc., complete. (For replacement of sand at Children's park area etc.)
