Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 7.30 MLD at Athani ULB of Belagavi District along with 5 years Operation and Maintenance (including 1-year Defect liability period) under Swachh Bharat Mission U-2.0 fund through Design, Built, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) model. (Package SBM-BGM-Pkg-11)

3.2b) Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/ water supply project/ Irrigation Projects /combined water supply & sewerage project/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Road/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Layout works/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Building works of value not less than Rs.616.00 Lakh.If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner should meet the requirement

3.2 c)Executed in any one year of the last five years (2020-21 to 2024-25) the following minimum quantities of works. 1)Earthwork excavation in all kinds of strata / embankment/Sub grade by mechanical / manual means-2600cum. 2)PCC/RCC concrete-2200cum. 3)Reinforcement Steel-218MT. Note: The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or Equivalent or Employer in case of Govt / Semi Govt. Authorities and General Manager in case of Public Sector Undertaking.If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner/jointly should meet the requirement in the same financial year

3.2 d)The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license and should have executed similar electrical works totaling to Rs. 28.00 Lakh in any one year. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner should meet the requirement

3.2 e)The tenderer or his identified subcontractor should possess experience in Construction of minimum of SBR/HAAF/CAMUS/NEBR/equivalent Type STP/WTP with minimum 3.65 MLD Capacity in last five years

3.3 a) availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished. 1) Excavators-Owned-1, Hire-0, Total-1. 2) Tippers -Owned-1, Hire-1, Total-2. 3) Self-loading Concrete mixer-Owned-1, Hire-1, Total-2. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner/jointly should meet the requirement

3.3 b) Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.407.00 Lakh (credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks, Karnataka, India as per the format below. If the bid is submitted as joint venture, then any one partner should meet the requirement.

3.2 a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.2463.00 Lakh. If the bid is submitted as JV, then the requirement of minimum financial turnover shall be considered on the basis of combined resources. The lead partner should have an annual financial turnover of not less than 51percentage of total turnover indicated above in any two financial years during last 5 financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25).All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (unique document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institute of chartered Accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document. Note-In case of JV Joint venture partnership deed shall be submitted as per section 10 format for Joint Venture along with the other documents through KPP Portal. 1)Individual-Rs. 2463.00 Lakh, 2)Joint Venture- Lead Member-Not less than Rs.1256.13 Lakh
