Providing and laying PVC insulation jointless flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/Grandlay/Gloster make confirming to BIS: 1554(part-I)-1988 latet with upto date ammendments of sujitable size for the pump sets offered (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment/accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipe solder nuts and bolts cable glands etc.laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type size and make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities, In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authority, it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost complete within all lead and lifts.

On suply side of 3 1/2 core copper cable 25 sq^mm(From HPSEB meter to switch and starter).

On motor side 3 core flatge jointless copper cable of size 16 sq^mm(From switch and starter to motor)pump installed in the P/well.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of energy saving variable frequency starter panel for centrifugal pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet, powder coated dust and vermin proof, wall/base mounted and front opening door type with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 2 Nos. pumps (1 working & 1 stand by) each of the rating required HP. Starter should be capable enough to handle the follopwing faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry run protection and phase loos with LED ON/OFF and TRIP indicators, power Quality Monitioring & controlling relay at the incomer feeder, should be fitted with surge suppressor device suitable to protect against class-1&2 surges. Energy saving variable frequency starter of required HP heavy duty for sdmooth start and smooth stop of pumps and for the energy conservation in the system should be capable to monbitor and control the frequency of pump through out the operation and to maintain the power factor of the system within acceptable limits. It should be able to withstand am bient tempertature upto 50 degrees celcius without derating and have conformal coating class 3C2, so that it can work in any harsh environment like mositure etc.

Multi function meter indicating different parameters like current, voltage, KWH,PF,THD etc.with RS 485 communication. Make:- L&T/Conserve/Schnieder/Aarmation.

Main incomer MCCB of suitable capacity of L&T/Schnieder/ABB/Siemens make on the coming feeder for pumping set confirming to BIS:2516-1985(Latest edition).

LED three phase indicating lamps complete with logged switches for individual motors conforming to BIS:3452(Part-I & II) latest with upto date ammendments.

LED ON/OFF & TRIP indicator and push buttons, control and power wiring power capaitor,cooling fan 230 NVAC, control terminal, bus bar, i.e. bolt, insulator etc.

Inpuit choke of required HP for energy saving variable frequency starter which should be installed at the input of energy saving variable frequency starter, so that there should be proper protection in case of any voltage surge and distortions.
