Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of Competitive Bidding through E-Tender for Balachera fee plaza at Km. 277.300 from Silchar-Haflong to Daboka to Guwahati from design km. 275.000 to km. 300.760 (existing km 275.000 to km 306.540) of National Highway number 54E (New NH 27) in the State of Assam and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) The entries relating to (i) Name of Bidder, (ii) Bidder's Quoted Percentage above/below the APC per day in SL(B), (iii) Name of Authorized Signatory and (iv) Designation/Title of Authorized Signatory are mandatory. Any blank, incomplete, incorrect or misleading entry in financial sheet shall render the bid liable to be treated as Non-responsive.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
