SCHEDULE 'A'

Supply and installation of out door signage board box type with the following specifications and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Size of the board should be 750 mm length , 600 mm width and 200 mm depth (b) 3 mm thick acrylic sheet of 750 mm length , 600 mm width should be provided for screen with adequate picture/letters on both side. (c) Main frame work will be done by 40x20x2 mm SS 316 angle in cuboid in shape. (d) The side of main frame should be covered with 3 mm thick acrylic sheet white in colour. (e) Foundation of structure should be 600 mm length and 800 mm height in PCC / Block Masonary with plaster and finish with Granite stone. (f) 02 Nos High efficiency white colour LED light mount on 4 mm thick PVC sheet will be provided in each box including 35 mtr multi standard Copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sq mm 3 core size and internal wiring complete with HDPE conduit of size 25 mm dia.

(i) (a) Size of the board should be 1200 mm length and 800 mm width with 1200 mm leg (b) 4 mm thick both side blue colour Aluminium composit panel should be provided as back panel. (c) Main frame work will be done by 50x50x3 mm SS 316 Tube. (d) Foundation of structure should be embedded in suitable size PCC / Block Masonary with plaster and emultion painting including form work complete. (e) Size of letter should be 100 mm height and white in colour (3M). (f) Letters should be retro reflecting

(c) Main frame work will be done by 50x50x3 mm GI Tube. (d) Foundation of structure should be embedded in suitable size PCC / Block Masonary with plaster and emultion painting including form work complete.

S&F Display Board for "SAVE ELECTRICITY" in English letters 200 mm LED, letters should be raised by at least 5 cm so that its visible when led are off in day time, shall be waterproof outdoor type, 230 volt, 24 watt LED fitting 2 Nos including base sheet 2.0 mm thick acrylic sheet with MES logo including multi standard Copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sq mm 3 core size and HDPE conduit of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Display Board for "SAVE WATER" in English letters 200 mm LED, letters should be raised by at least 5 cm so that its visible when led are off in day time, shall be waterproof outdoor type, 230 volt, 24 watt LED fitting 2 Nos including base sheet 2.0 mm thick acrylic sheet with MES logo including multi standard Copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sq mm 3 core size and HDPE conduit of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for item No. 5.00 & 6.00 : Provision of PVC Cable of suitable size in PVC conduit from nearest point flux board is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S& F Solar Delinator twin reflector made out of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body made out of MS pipe of 51 mm dia and mounted on oval shaped metal plate of dimensions 302x167 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Kiwalite of Kiwa chemical industry Co Ltd/Future vista 3M or Aktion safety or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F solar reflective road studs made out of tough polycarbonate and its reflective lance shall be made with polycarbonate microprismatic, retro reflective lance electronically welded to the body of stud and overall size 90mm x100mm x18 mm, the lower surface of studs will be supported with 2 Nos nylon shanks each of length not less than 20 mm and load bearing capacity 20 ton and fixed with epoxy adhesive in road complete all as per manufactures instructions complete all as secified and directed. Make:- Kiwalite of Kiwa chemical industry Co Ltd/Future vista 3M or Aktion safety or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F Convex mirror of size 800 mm dia of PC material provided with suitable MS pipe post should have clear and definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing complete all as secified and directed.

S&F Heavy ABS plastic speed breaker of size 750x75x250 mm with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on the speed breaker. Speed breaker to be fixed with epoxy and hardener and bolts complete all as secified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and lay 50 /38 mm Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables, laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45 x 45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplase soil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of GI steel tubing light grade 32 mm dia for laying in ground and road crossing along the pole in coping etc for cable protection including necessary fittings, clamps for supports, etc and all as specified and directed. Make - Tata/Jindal/Surya Prakash
