Decoupling the motor from coupling end of pump, demounting the motor from its base plate and placing the same on the wooden block by using overhead crane at a suitable distance from the floor including disconnection of the electrical connection from the motor terminals as per direction by E.I.C.
Thorough dismantling of the motor which involves separation of stator, rotor, ball / roller bearing from both DE & NDE and other components & placing the same to a safe place.
Removal of accumulated dust inside the stator windings by suitable brush and clean dry air jetting arrangement and subsequent heating and cleaning of the stator. Other components to be thoroughly cleaned and checked.
Dismantling the line shaft and coupling.
Dismantling the whole pump, overhauling part by part and cleaning.
Heat varnishing of stator with class 'F' grade insulation to obtain stable IR value, PI value etc. after properly backing.
Thorough cleaning of the rotor including withdrawls of moistures from surface and subsequent heating and cleaning of the as per direction by E.I.C.
DE & NDE bearing housing to be metalised by usual method & finishing the surface by grinding to fit bearing properly.
Supply, fitting, fixing of cylindrical roller bearing as per sample.
Supply, fitting, fixing of double row ball bearing as per sample.
Supply, fitting, fixing of palmer block bearing.
Supply, fitting, fixing of oil seal.
Supply, fitting, fixing of impeller key and impeller lock nut.
Supply of Disco Flex element.
Supply, fitting, fixing of shaft sleeve.
Supply fitting fixing of heavy duty, best quality neoprene rubber gasket matching with the flange.
Supply, fitting, fixing of nuts, bolts, washers and stud nuts
Repairing of pump shaft and line shaft
Repairing of impeller
Repairing of motor coupling
Repairing the bearing housing to fit bearing with proper alignment.
Repairing of gland body and gland flange
Repairing of palmer block assembly
Reassembly the motor with stator, rotor, bearings & other components and motor to be placed on its original position & tightening the foundation with new nuts & bolts after proper alignment with the pump as per direction by E.I.C.
Finishing the end of the cables in the motor side by supplying lugs, tapes, anti-corrosive materials etc.
Painting the whole pump motor unit with two coats of anti-corrosive bituminous paint of approved make & brand over a coat of red led primer.
Following test to be carried out of the motor and test result to be submitted. i) Resistance test ii) Inductance test iii) Polarity test iv) IR test v) HV test etc.
Balancing, machining and straightening of impeller, pump shaft & line shaft.
Complete assembly the pump by lowering of pump assembly in the casing and installation of motor and couple between pump side and motor side coupling & trail run.
Transportation of motor from the pumping station to party's workshop & back to station.
