Survey, design, drawing, testing of bearing capacity and construction of water tight circular R.C.C. Intake well cum infilteration well including pump house (with RCC roof slab) to withstand safely the river current, seismic/wind or all other natural effects and suitable for taking approximate 800 LPM clear water discharge, including supply of all material, labour, shuttering, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Inner diameter of well should be 10.0 metre. Approximate overall height is 25.0 M (15 + 6 + 4 M) out of which approximate 15 mt height above lean water level to 2.0 M above H.F.L. of Alaknanda river at Juyalgadh and depth below lean water level is assumed 6.0 M, which is liable to change slightly according to geo-investigation, hydraullic/structural design and site conditions. Height of pump house shall be 4.00 m (including space required for HT Pannels, HOT etc.). Intake well shall have two equal parts divided by a vertical wall. The river side of well shall be used for infilteration purpose with perforated concrete wall, including filling of graded filter media all around the well, fixing 4 no. 200 mm dia, 3m long stainer pipes and this 'infilteration side' of the well may be plugged / flushed at river bed level or at a suitable height as suggested in hydraullic/structural design. Other half side of the well shall be used as a 'dry intake side' for housing of pumps etc. It shall be constructed upto full height. 1 metre wide balcony all arround the well shaft above HFL, doors, shutter and windows, pump foundations, painting, distempering and apex all inside and outside of well, three rows M. S. railing shall be on balcony and there shall be 1.0 metre wide peripheral stairs with hand rail from pump house floor to bottom of dry intake well. Supply and fixing of valves and pipes of required size, length with black/ silver paint. The rates should be inclusive of river diversion, all excavation required for well, dewatering and proper disposal of surplus earth/ muck etc.
Rate for increase/decrease in the height of steining wall of Intake well for every 1.0 metre height. (Height shall be measured from foundation to top of steining wall.)
Rate for increase/decrease in diameter of Intake well for every 1.0 metre dia.
Investigation, survey, design, drawing, testing of bearing capacity construction of steel girder / R.C.C. approach bridge of 2.0 m. wide and approx. 20m. long (length may vary as per site requirement), to reach over the dry well/pump house. Including cost of abutment / pier on other side of intake well, site development, errection of steel bridge and cartage of all material, labour, shuttering and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. Three rows M. S. railing shall be on aproach bridge. The rates shall be inclusive of river diversion, all excavation required for abutment and dewatering etc.
Rate for increase/decrease in length of aproach bridge for every 1.0 metre length. (Length shall be measured as clear span i.e., clear distance between abutments.)
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in trenches, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. for pipe line in following strata including supply of labour, T&P etc complete.
(a) Soil mixed with boulder and bajri
(b) Medium rock
Supply, carting, fixing, laying jointing and testing of following sizes API 5L Grade- X-46 pipe in rising main laying true to prescribed alignment, jointing by welding with approved quality of ISI marked electrodes of adwani / adore/ L&T make, painting of outer surface of pipe with two coats anticorrosive Black Japan paint over one coat primer, fixing valves at suitable locations etc., including cost of specials and fittings complete. (The contractor have to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metallic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main for checking of thickness of pipe before ordering of supply of pipe. After completion of work the laid length of pipe only will be considered for the payment. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) shall be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes shall be the property of contractor.)
