RECONSTRUCTION DAMAGED ATCHKAT ROAD AND CONSTRUCTION OF RCC BOX DRAIN AT MELLAHALLI VILLAGE COMING UNDER MLBC

The intending bidder/firm/company should have satisfactorily completed (90% of the contract value individually executed) as a prime contractor, at least one similar work like Improvements or Construction of Road and Drain Works of value not less than (50 % of the amount put to tender) i.e. not less than Rs.41.00 Lakhs during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The certificates should be obtained from the competent authority that is not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officer, (The cost of completed works of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year based to bring them to 2025-26 level rupee price value).

The intending bidder should furnish the KPWD Class-III and above Contractor certificate of registration issued by State/Central govt. organization.

Each bidder/firm/company should have executed in any one year of the last five years from 2020-21 to 2024-25 the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earthwork Excavation / Embankment-1195.00 Cum 2. All grade Concrete -563.00 Cum 3. WBM/WMM - 116.00 Cum

List of key Technical personnel required by the Tenderer who are suitable for both design and execution of work and number of technical personnel who will be deployed for these works with at least 1 Nos. B.E.(Civil Engineer with degree certificate with minimum 2 years experience ) and 1 Nos. Diploma (Civil Engineer with minimum 3 years experience )

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of value not less than estimated annual payment under this contract (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) i.e. Rs:82.00 lakhs. Additional weightage of 10% per year to bring them to 2025-26 level rupee price value. Submit the civil engineering construction works turnover details Along With Valid UDIN.

The intending bidder/ firm/ company shall furnish details of liquid assets/ availability of credit facilities of not less than (the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) amounting to Rs.25.00 Lakhs for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled commercial Banks in the specified formate as per Finance Department Circular No: FD-CAM/16/2022(P-2) Dt: 22.08.2022.

Tenderers will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity:-(AxNx2.5-B) where, A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N- Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B-Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 6 Months (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).
