Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Well steining and well curbs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulders or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars , rungs ,screen and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts with 11 to 15mm diameter neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 22. 5cm but n exc 30cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

1.25 mm Thick Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) welded to framed complete all as specified and as directed.

40mm (Width of flaps (when open) in mm) Continuous (piano) hinges,mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, drain beds kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces or surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash as in wall complete all specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer etc, complete all specified and directed.

Cleaning and removal all scale and dirt etc from static tank and from mouth of circulationg pipes etc of service static tank located at different locations of capacities as following: (Note: The contractor will write date of cleaining and due date of cleaning on static water tank as directed by Engr in charge. (2) At the time of cleaning all pipes/fittings should be make in good condition as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparing of new or prioviously untreated steel surfaces, n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint, including washing and cleaning etc, and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat complet all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brushes to remove all loose laitence & washing with clean water, crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site, wetting the wall surfaces prior to coating and applying 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, on internal walls, applying damp proof coating and blend a mixture with water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & applying 2 coats over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces incl necessary taking down and wirebrush the surfaces to remove existing paint & putty, snowcem etc on external wall and crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste and wet the wall prior to coating, Apply Dr. Fixit PrimeSeal (50% Dilution ) and allow to dry for 4-6 hours. Finally apply 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat undiluted, with an approximate time interval of 6 hours intravals (Each coat time duration is 6 hrs) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint matching with surrounding surfaces complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of work.

Cutting out tress with roots in brick/slab roof surfaces (accessible & inaccessible roofs) with necessary chemical treatments incl filling with PCC B0 (1:2:4) 12mm graded stone aggregates with water proofing chemicals complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tilling incl mortar beding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Non-skid ceramic tiles, coloured with 2 mm to 3 mm spacer bar (of approved colour, shade and design) of tiles non skid of 400mmx400mm x 7 to 8mm thick (area exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm), as in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved) of size 300x 600 x7mm/ 350x250mm x 7mm / 450X 350X 7mm x300mmx200mmx7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 600mm x 600mm x 9-10mm thick, Light shade coloured (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured epoxy grout to match , over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as specified.

Granite 20mm thick machine cut, bedded andjointed as in cills, jambs, steps and the like with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cementwith admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, etc with 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite machine cut, in skirting/dado door window sill, jambs etc laid over cement screed (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture ofpigment to match the shade ofgranite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squred walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Integral Water proofing treatment (where ever required as directed by Engineer in charge) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as on ceiling surface, facia and projection of slabs, and window projection, in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two layer white putty to make the surfaces even & smooth and applying two coats of water based distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Washing,rubingdown and stoping of distempered and painted surfaces from old plastered/pointed surfaces (dry distember,white / lime wash etc) and Applying two coats of oil bound distemper/water based distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint including applying Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one layer white putty to make the surfaces even & smooth and applying two coats of water based distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces of ceilling (dry distember,white/lime wash etc) and Applying two coats of oil bound distember/water based distemper over a coat of primer including applying providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparatiion of new plastered surfaces as in walls, soffits & facias of beam, chajjas etc for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Preparatiion of old plastered surfaces as in walls, soffits & facias of beam, chajjas & incl roof/floor bottom ceiling portion in etc or applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter 30 mm thick, laminated door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, including add WPC @3% of cement weight ( Dr Fixt /Cera /Krishna etc), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate includes WPC & Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, (Posts and Struts in fencing including embedding in concrete etc) drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps, gates wind tie including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Framed work ( Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A)- as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, posts, braces, rafters, purlins etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing as in repair complete complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling mass concrete or in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sand filling under paver blocks for cushion incl watering and consolidation to required level and gradient, Complete all as specified and directed.

Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 120mm lengh) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any type / gauge, thickness and any pattern of roof coverings, hanger door, hanger roof complete all as specified.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof or in cladding having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old point wiring complete for (light,fan,socket 5/15 amps, bell point etc) complete with all light fitttings accessories, such as switches, sockets 5/15 amps, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall , floors, etc all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade / PVC casing caping of size not less than 20mm width complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) One light or fan point controlled by one one way switch

(b) One ceiling fan/exhaust fan controlled by one way switch

Point wiring with 2.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade / PVC casing caping of size not less than 20mm width complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls complete all as specified and directed for Description a for independent switch socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amps and all as directed at site.

All as per above item No. 117 but One 5 Amps 3/5 pin socket outlet on same board with other switches.
