STEEL WORK IN SINGLE SECTIONS INCLUDING CUUTING,HOISTING,FIXING IN POSITION & APPLYING A PRIMING COAT OF RED LEAD PAINT.(IN RS JOISTS, MS Pipe, CHANNELS,ANGLES & TEES)

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Fair side of brick / stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and. or rounded angles not exceeding in girth &finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement: 6sand) with in all leads and lifts and as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge..

POINTING ON STONE/BRICK MASONRY 1:3 (1 CEMENT:3 SAND)

Providing & Fixing 12 mm ( Twelve mm) thick high pressure Laminate ( HPL) cladding of approved shape and texture of unistone or its equivalent made from portland cement alkally resistance glass fibers Uv resistant synthetic inoraganic pigment combined with the range of chemical additives on exterior surface side as on faces of arch masonry walla etc. 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement 3 sand) and joined with cement slurry including scaffolding etc as per thr direction of engineer-in charge including carriage of materils with in all leads lifts and other incidentals up to Floor any Lavel complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by the engineer in charge .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work etc. in beams joists channels , angles tees etc.

Hirmachi colour wash on decorated wall surfaces(Three coat) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt, dust. mortar drops and loose scales of hirmachi wash and other foreign matter.

FINISHING WALL WITH WATER PROOFING CEMENT PAINT OF APPROVED BRAND & MANUFACTURE & OF REQUIRED SHADE ON UNDECORATED WALL SURFACES ( TWO COATS) TO GIVE AN EVEN SHADE AFTER THOROUGHLY BRUSHING THE SURFACE TO REMOVE ALL DIRT & REMAINS OF LOOSE POWDERED MATERIALS.

Excavation in foundation trenches in earth work lift upto 1.5 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pillasres buttresses,plinth & string courses and the like.
