Collection, supply, and filling of Crusher Stone Dust from approved quary to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as per standard specifications. Clause 305.39 MORD & 304 MORTH etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard, machine crushed granite from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site including all charges for machine mixing and hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Providing concrete for Plain Cement concrete grade M 15 (1:2:4) Nominal mix in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Construction of RR Masonary in C.M (1: 6) prop. Using hard granite stone including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, Granite stone etc. including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials, all taxes including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar construction, Scaffolding charges etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Supply fixing of MS Grill & Gate including Cost and conveyance all meterials and cutting, welding, fabrication and all labour chargesetc., etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Brick Masonry in C.M (1:6) prop. Using Common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including cost and conveyance, seignorage fee, mixing of cement mortar, and laying of bricks and mortar to specified thickness, watering, curing including scaffolding, hire and operational charges of machinery, all labour charges and all water lead chargesetc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

Plastering with CM (1:3), 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and water to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding, mixing mortar lift charges curing etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in Charge of work

White washing two coats with white cement to ceiling to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - For New Iron Work

Supply and filling with Gravel Filling in foundation trenches complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Gravel to site to work labour charges watering tamping, ramming etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
