M&L Repairs to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc cutting around edges, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bitumenous macadam with 4.0% binder content,(VG-30) well ramming (including supply of bitumenous macadam) to match the existing road level, depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, consolidated thickness 75mm or less, with 4.0% paving bitumen ( VG-30) as binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and mechanical paver (as approved by the GE), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, complete. Note : (i) Job mix formula for bituminous macadam concrete shall be obtained from the institutes specified in the particular specifications. (ii) In case, as per actual design mix, the binder content by weight of total mix is less than 4.0%, price adjustment shall be made as per average rate of all the purchase vouchers for bitumen pertaining to the work under this contract. If total binder content as per design mix is more than 4.0%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same.

M&L Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L Applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer VG 10 using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg/Ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen ( VG-30) as binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and mechanical paver as approved by the GE, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 Ton power roller to required camber and gradient complete. Note : (i) Job mix formula for the semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the institutes specified in the particular specifications. (ii) In case, as per actual design mix, the binder content by weight of total mix is less than 5.5%, price adjustment shall be made as per average rate of all the purchase vouchers for bitumen pertaining to the work under this contract. If total binder content as per design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same.

M & L Preparation of old surfacesone and applying coat of Synthetic enamel paint on concrete / plaster including preparation of old surfaces etc. over 10 cm girth or width complete.

M&L Preparation of black top surfaces of road as required/ directed exc 10cm width and applying thermostatic road marking paint with an applicator machine the material shall be laid uniformily heated mixer with a statriung machanism at a temperature of 160 degree centigrade. thickness of paint shall not less than 2mm and not more than 2.5mm, mixed with titanium dioxide and fine glass beads( as per manufactures instruction)with colour white or golden yellow complete .The width pattern all as directed at site
