INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification) shall also be applicable.

S&F LED 31 Watt light fiting surface mounted luminaire CRCA white powder coated housing 603mm x 603mm x 80mm with ABS plastic top cover for better aesthetic finish, highly efficient PMMA diffusers for better light transmission electronic driver duly wired up to terminal block 3000 lumen 240 Volt, comply with IS 10322 part 5 / sec 1 2012 complete all as specified. Supply, installation and testing of AMR enable single phase energy meter with the following specification :- (i) AC Single Phase two wire, tamper proof static meter of class 1.0, 240V, 50Hz, basic current 10A and maximum continuous current 600% of basic current conforming to IS 13779 and relevant IEC standards with E13 with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti-tamper feature, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry. (ii) Meter should support the following data : 30 Min instantaneous data for voltage, current power factor, power, cumulative energy, cumulative apparent energy and frequency, 30 load survey data for energy, monthly billing survey for cumulative Energy and Max Demand. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Constructing masonary chamber 75cmx75cmx75cm, inside with brick work in subclass B in cement mortar 1:4 for sluice valve with RCC top slab 1:2:4 Type BO (12.5 graded aggregate), necessary excavation, foundation Type D2 1:4:8 conrete (40mm graded aggregate) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:4 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including angle iron framed MS sheet cover.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

S&F street light junction box with thermoplastic, IP 65 cable junction box with metric knockouts on all sides for cable entry size: 200 x 160 x 98 mm as per Hensel cat ref no. K 9250 or equivalent in Eaton or Rittal or Secure duly fitted with followings:-

One number DIN Rail (35 mm).

Four numbers ELMEX or equivalent make connector of 10 sqmm.

One number ELMEX or equivalent make end plate.

Two numbers ELMEX or equivalent make end clamps.

One number MCB SP 6 amp, 10 KA, 'C' series of Legrand make (cat ref no 408587) or equivalent in Hager or Schneider as approved.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integral driver LED street light with a nominal system lumen output of 7200 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 90 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours before reaching at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT > 5000K) and a CRI >70. The luminaire shall meet IP 66 rating & IK05 rating with THD < 20% & PF > 0.9. The luminaire housing should be made of pressure die cast aluminium with a flat glass optical cover. The total power consumption should not exceed 72 watt including driver and suitable connecting wire from junction box to light fitting complete . Supply, erect, test and commissioning LT feeder pillar box from any CPRI manufacturer having type test certificate of lt panel, factory fabricated, powder coated,dust & vermin proof including removal cable entry gland plate, 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 pole, 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3mm thick MS sheet with angle iron legs and frame of size 50x50x6mm, hinged door, locking arrangement with aluminium bus bar 200Amps capacity, over one coat of primer including making provision for fixing of 6 Nos of MCCB/MCB for incoming and outgoing connection with suitable size of copper wire and lugs as specified by Engr -in-charge.
