Stabilized Sub-base : Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting 70% in-situ/borrow area soil of CBR ≥ 5% mixed with 30% GSB Grade-II as per mix design. Application: (1) Rip and loosen soil with excavator / tractor operated ripper and scarify with tractor operated rotavator to achieve desired thickness. Mix aggregates/GSB II Material as per mix design with rotavator. (2)Spread Cement (minimum 3% or as per mix design) by weight of soil-aggregate mix as per mix design provided and mix with tractor operated rotavator. (3) Prepare and apply 0.75 kg /cum (By Volume of compacted Mix) organosilane Nanotechnology and 0.75 kg/cum (By Volume of compacted Mix) acrylic copolymer mixed in OMC water (<1000 ppm TDS) . Scarify the treated mix with rotavator. (4).Compact the stabilized soil-aggregate-cement base with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller to achieve stabilized layer with the desired density and thickness. Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying semi dense bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mixplant producing an average output of 75 tonnesper hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete as per Technical Specification.

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects.
Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only , plain cement thickness as perdesign , over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 grade coarse and fine aggregate maximum size of aggregate not exceding 25mm , mixed in a concrete of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design ,laid in approved fixed side formwork ( steel channel ,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plythene film ,wedges ,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing ) spreading the concrete with shovels , rakes , compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion , constrution joints ,applying debonding strips , primer , sealant , dowel bars , near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved , curing of concrete slab for 14 days.using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.
