Fabrication, installation, laying and handling of suction pipeline out of 200 mm dia., 6mm thick MS pipe (6 mtrs as per IS 3589 ) which includes fabrication of long radius bend .The pipe is to be welded with MS flanges 18 mm thick (Flange as per :IS 1538 table 4 & 6) appropriate to 200 mm dia. pipe on both sides which is further to be joined to the pump on one side and 200 mm dia. foot valve on the other side. Fabrication, providing and fitting of 200mm nominal dia. MS foot valve f as per the below specifications: - i. Nominal diameter 200 mm ii. Height 375mm iii. Bell mouth 300 mm iv. Sheet thickness 8mm v. Seat plate thickness 12 mm vi. No. of ports 1 vii. Port diameter 200 mm viii. Flap thickness 10 mm The flaps to be hinged with MS hinge pin assembly having suitable counter weight and also a suitable washer/sole rubber gasket to be fixed with the flaps. A cylinder shaped MS strainer fabricated out of ISQ /ISR 12mm with a height of 300 mm built around equally spaced three horizontal rings ribbed vertically at a space of 25mm. the bottom of the foot valve shall be provided and fitted with steel section at above mentioned spaces.
