Institute has set up minimum eligibility criteria for the bidding purposes. All bidding parties must

financial years (FY2023-24,2024-25and2025-26).

II. INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS

1 Sealed tender under two bids system in the prescribed forms are invited from eligible bidders

for outsourcing of food & beverage services at Sheth V.S. General Hospital & Sheth Chinai

Maternity Hospital, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad.

2 Tender Fee Rs 3600/- (Non Refundable) to be payable in form of Pay order / Demand Draft

only issued by the scheduled / nationalized bank in Favor of "Medical Superintendent, Sheth

V.S.General Hospital"

3 The amount of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall be Rs.6,00,000/- only in the form of Pay

order / Demand Draft issued by the scheduled / nationalized bank, drawn in Favor of "Medical

Superintendent, Sheth V.S.General Hospital ". No interest is payable on the EMD. The amount

of Performance Security Deposit (SD) shall be Upper Rounding in '000 of 5% of the Contract

Value only in the form of Pay order / Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee issued by the scheduled

/ nationalized bank, drawn in favour of " Superintendent, Sheth V.S.General Hospital ".

4 Tender from shall be completed in all respect. Incomplete tenders or tenders without Tender

Fee or / and EMD shall be treated as invalid and rejected.

5 All entries in the Tender form should be legible and filled clearly. The authorized signatory shall

sign any overwriting or cutting which is unavoidable.

6 The bidder shall quote for all works failing which the bid shall be considered non responsive.

whatsoever nature shall be payable.

20 The Declaration in the prescribed proforma (Annexure A) enclosed should be submitted along

with the Technical Bid.

21 All entries in the tender form should be legible and filled clearly. Any overwriting or cutting

which is unavoidable shall be signed by the authorized signatory.

22 Even though the Applicants meet the required criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if

applicant or any of its constituent partner/s, director/s have : - Made misleading or false

representation in the forms, statements, and attachments submitted; or - Been debarred or

terminated or blacklisted by Central Govt. Organization / State Govt. organization / AMC/ Any

Municipal Corporation / ULBs etc.

- If, any of the directors, partners or the proprietor has a criminal history or has been convicted by

any court of law for any of the offenses under any Indian laws.

- If, any criminal proceeding is pending in any court of law in India against any of the directors,

partners or a proprietor and if any such proceeding culminates into conviction.

23 No Tenderer will be allowed to withdraw after submission of the tenders within the bid validity

period otherwise the EMD submitted by the tendering firm would stand forfeited.

24 In case the successful Tenderer declines the offer of Contract, for whatsoever reasons(s), his

EMD will be forfeited.

25 A formal contract shall be entered into with the successful tenderer. In this contract, the

successful tenderer shall be defined as Contractor.

26 The successful tenderer will have to deposit a Performance Security Deposit of amounting

27 The successful Tenderer will have to deposit the Performance Security Deposit and commence

the work within 15 days of acceptance of tender. Otherwise the contract will be cancelled and

EMD will be forfeited.

28 Each page of the Tender document should be signed and stamped by Authorized representative

of Tenderer in acceptance of the terms and conditions laid down by Sheth V.S.General Hospital

And Sheth Chinai Maternity Hospital.

29 The competent authority reserves the right to withdraw/relax any of the terms and conditions

mentioned above in such a situation the tenderer shall be given sufficient time to take the

30 The competent authority reserves the right to reject all or any tender in whole, or in part,

without assigning any reason thereof.

2 The agency at all times should indemnify Sheth V.S.General Hospital And Sheth Chinai

Maternity Hospital/Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation against all claims, damages or

compensation under the provisions of Payment of Wages Act, 1936; Minimum Wages Act,

1948; Employer’s Liability Act,1938; the Workman Compensation Act, 1923; Industrial Disputes

Act, 1947; Maternity Benefit Act,1961; Shops and Esstablisment Act or any modification thereof

or any other law relating thereto and rules made there under from time to time. Sheth

V.S.General Hospital And Sheth Chinai Maternity Hospital will not own any responsibility in this

up a N.Q. in the premises.

6 The contractor will also provide the food facility on the same rates of “Mess Menu Ratesper

student per day” (Annexure-F) to other users apart from the students.

7 No ambiguity should be there in the quoted price and the rate must be as per the price bid

format. Conditional offer or the proposal not furnished in the given format shall be considered

non-responsive and is liable to be rejected.

8 ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabadreserves the right to obtain feedback from the previous / present clients of the

bidder and also depute its team to inspect the site(s) for on-the-spot first-hand information

regarding the quality of food provided by the tenderer. In case of inappropriate / negative

feedback, bid shall not be considered for further process. Decision of ShethVadilal Sarabhai

General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabadin this regard will be final and

binding on all bidders.

9 The successful bidder will have to enter into an agreement with the ShethVadilal Sarabhai

General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabadafter receipt of work order.

IV. SCOPE OF WORK & OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document will be part of Bid Document - Bidder must read carefully and submit

duly signedand stamped along with all the related documents & Annexures.

1. Running an efficient mess at ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity

Hospital, Ahmedabadcampus during designated time slots for students and officials as per pre-

decided list of items and rates fixed / approved by the ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital

and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabadauthorities. Additional items may be decided

with the approval of the ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity

Hospital, Ahmedabad Authority. Also, only approved items atdesignated rates arerequired to

besold at themess. The timings of the mess are strictly to be followed. It may be noted that the

timings may change as per Institute routine. Tentative timings are from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm

2. The approximate strength of students of the ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and

ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, AhmedabadCampus during regular Academic Year is

approximately 350 students staying inhostel in Campus

3. Engagement of required staff shall be done by the Contractor. It is essential for the staff to be of

legal age, suitably trained, and experienced to be deployed. One skilled manager of adequate

experience in running Mess / Canteen/Catering services will be deputed by the Contractor who

shall necessarily be present on daily basis for supervision and overall management of

4. The Contractor shall pay wages not less than prevailing minimum wages including the statutory

obligations fixed by the authorized body enforced from time to time.

5. The Contractor will make all necessary arrangements for neat, clean organizational outlook

ofallitsworkers.Theworkerswillalwaysmaintainacleanappearanceincludingwearinguniform, use

of clean hand gloves, headgear and necessary accessories while working. Contractor should

make all necessary arrangements towards this effect.

6. There will be a provision of a monthly meeting between the Contractor (or a representative

authorized to take policy & financial decisions on behalf of the Contractor) and Mess committee

as a mandatory term.

7. TheContractor will ensure upkeep of infrastructure (as thecasemaybe) providedtohim by the

institute. All such maintenance of Institute property / equipment will be carried out by the

Contractor at his own cost. Security of premises, equipment, fittings and fixtures, furniture etc.

is the responsibility of the Contractor. Any damage to the Institute Infrastructure by the

Contractor’s team or caused due to their neglect will be repaired or replaced at Contractor’s

cost and shall attract penalty.

8. The Institute will provide Space,Electricity and water to the contractor on free of cost so the

contractor has to quote accordingly.

9. The Contractor will ensure absolute hygiene and cleanliness including periodic pest control and

debugging of the mess premises and surroundings. Contractor will dispose waste / garbage etc.

on daily basis at his cost. Any issue attributable to the Contractor in said areas will be sorted by

the Contractor or will be handled by the Institute out of his cost. The Contractor shall carryout

regular medical check-up (as directed by the institute authorities) for all manpower deployed at

Institute at own cost, so as to ensure medical fitness of allsuch manpower while at Mess

operations. Mess staff should keep the proper hygiene, cut the nails and hair properly and

should wear the uniform, cap & gloves at the time of serving the orders.

10. The mess staff at all time in Campus must carry Identity Cards issued by the contractor bearing

photographs. The contractor shall provide sufficient sets of Uniforms, caps and pair of shoes to

his employees and shall ensurethat they wear them all times and maintain them properly.

11. TheMess Contract shall remainvalidfora periodofOneYear andit mayberenewed on the same

terms and conditions & as per ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai

Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, rules for further two terms of one year each. In case of

satisfactory performance and extension of contract, Contractor will be given hike at 5%on the L1

contract rate on yearly basis for 2nd and 3rd year can be considered on quoted price including

depending on the increase in the cost of living, marke trates/scenario at that time. However,

thees calation clause maybe reviewed by the constituted committee during renewal of the

to participate in the tender. without attaching site visit certificate, the bid will be rejected. The

contractor will be provided with only space and minimum infrastructure like lights, fans, water

cooler,water supply, electricity supply (on payment basis as per actual consumption) and Mess

furniture etc. Kitchen Equipment, utensils, serving plates, crockery etc. for serving in Mess and

onvarious occasions will be arranged by the contractor himself.

13. Cleaning of mess and its surroundings will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. The

highest possible standards of hygiene are expected. Violations attract financial penalty aslaid

out vide this document.

14. It shall be compulsory for the contractor to take the following hygiene and cleaning measures:

i) Cleaning the kitchen are atwiceaday,includingthestore-room,

ii) Washing of all vessels by Soaking in hot water and using proper cleaning agent at all the

times to maintain cleanliness and Hygiene,

iii) Proper sterilization of utensils by Autoclave or UV sterilization machine etc. before serving.

iv) Thoroughcleaningofrefrigerators,and watercoolers,onceaweek

v) Periodicsprayingofinsecticides,

vi) Cleaningthediningtableswithdetergentandwaterattheendoftheday,

vii) Thoroughcleaningofwashbasinswithdetergentattheendofthe day.

In case of failure of above, penalty shall be imposed as per tender clauses (Annexure-E)

15. The contractor shall ensure compliance of all laws relating to cleanliness, sanitation and hygienic

and health conditions and other laws in force from time to time with regard to environment

around cooking place, dining hall and surroundings.

atotal tobaccofreecampus,thereforenoneofthestaffdeployedatthe campus should be possessing

or consuming tobacco products such as bidi, cigarette,chewing tobacco in any form, gutkha,

masala, pan etc. Violation will attract penalty (Annexure- E).

DAILY FUNCTIONING OF THE MESS

17. The list of other items (except “Full Day Meal includes Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Coffee

& Dinner unlimited serving”) The rates have been fixed by ShethVadilal Sarabhai General

Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, and willbefollowed by

theContractorforentireduration of contract during various event based catering. Items in the

menu may be added after the approvaloftheShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and

ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, Authority. Contractor will display the Menuitems

along with its approved rate sinprominent place in Mess.

Anyviolationinthisregardwillattractpenaltyas per Annexure – E.

18. The Contractor will ensure functional mess on all days from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm all days

includingpublicholidays. However, in caseofspecial circumstances, messwillberequired to be

opened beyond these specified hours also. It is expected that the Contractor will ensure highest

standards of taste, health, service, aesthetics, layout, professionalism, hygiene and cleanliness

to the utmost satisfaction of Institute authorities. It will be monitored by the mess committee

comprising officials and students. The Contractor may be allowed 05 staff person to stay in night

in the campus to meet food services, for this contractor will provide details of employees who

will stay during night in ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity

Hospital, Ahmedabad, premises.

19. The Contractor shall ensure that the cooked and uncooked food is stored properly and no stale

food is served. In case of any food poisoning, the Contract shall be terminated with forfeiture of

Security Deposit (Annexure- E).

20. Dedicated staff to be provided by the contractor for serving ShethVadilal Sarabhai General

Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, officers / staff inside the campus

office without any additional charges at the same rates of menu.

21. The bidder shall have the Food/Quality Registration (FSSAI) registration and a copy of the

registration certificate for the same must be attached with the Bid.

22. No ambiguity should be there in the quoted amount, the rate must be as per the financialbid

format. Conditional offer or the proposal not furnished in the given format shall be considered

non-responsive and is liable to be rejected.

23. ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad,reserves rights to accept or reject any or all bids, abandon/cancel the tendering

process and issue another tender for the same or similar services at any time before the award

of contract. It would have no liability to the affected bidders or any obligation to inform the

affected bidders of the grounds for such action(s).

24. ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad,reserves the right to engage any foodservices / cafeteria / canteen at any point of

time in addition to this contract.

25. The successful bidder will have to enter into an agreement within a month with the ShethVadilal

V. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The bidding firms are advised to study carefully the various clauses contained in the Special

Terms and Conditions before submitting their bids. Firms willing to participate in the tender may

also visit ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad,Campus and acquaint themselves with the nature and quantum of work involved

before submitting the bids.

2. The Contractor shall be liable with regard to compliance of all the laws regulation, rules and

directions given by any statutory authority with regard to safety, labour laws or any other laws

both Central & State in force in the State of Gujarat including registrations withContract Labour

Regulation Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act,

Provident Fund Act, Employees State Insurance (ESI) Act, Municipal Registrations GST etc.

3. The minimum liability of payment on the part of the contractor to the workmen or to their

respective accounts will be the total of :

(i) MinimumdailywagesVariableDAondaily wages.

(v) Other mandatory charges applicable to the services as prescribed by the relevant

authorities in Govt. from time to time.

4. TDS shall be deducted as per applicable rates from the amount payable to the contractor. The

TDS certificate will be issued by ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai

Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad. Payment of income tax on profits of the firm is the sole

responsibility of the contractor.

5. ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad,reserves right to appoint mess committee to inspect the quality of raw material,

food and other items prepared and sold in the Mess. Any defect(s) / deficiencies / abnormalities

/ non-compliance pointed out by mess committee during its visit shall be properly attended by

the contractor.

6. Contractorshallgetapprovedalltheratesof itemsfromShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital

and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,Authorities.

7. Contractor shall ensure that the permissible items as per Annexure-D are used for preparation

of food. Failing which penalty shall be imposed as per Annexure-E.

8. Employmentofchildlabourisstrictlyprohibitedunder the law.

9. The contractor will submit medical certificate/any other certificate as age proof of the workmen

deployed by him. The contractor will also submit medical certificate to the effect that the

workmen deployed by him are fit for work and are not suffering from anycontagious disease

10. Storing, supply, sale and consumption of drugs, alcoholic drinks, cigarettes or any otheritems of

intoxication are strictly prohibited in the Institutes campus including Mess. Any breach of such

restrictions by the Contractor will attract deterrent action against contractor as per statuary

norms including termination of contract and forfeiture of Security deposit and blacklisting.

11. Students availing mess facilities shall make payment to ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital

and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,and subsequently the payment will be

Ahmedabad, to the contractor on receipt of invoices of mess services as per the approved rates

Officials availing mess services shall make payment direct to the contractor.

12. Contractor will provide his telephone numbers of his office/residence/mobile on which he can

be accessed / approached by institute.

13. Contractor will not place any banners, posters, bills / pamphlets regarding any publicity in the

mess as well as campus premises.

14. The contractor will be accountable for any accident, injury and loss of life to the workers

deployed by him and shall be responsible for payment of compensation as per law. If need

arises, the institute will recover such amount form the contractor to effect payment to the

affected person(s).

15. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT.

(a) Institute reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without assigning any

reason. However, contractor wish to end the contract, in such case contractor will have to

serve three months’ notice period.

(b) In case the contractor fails to respond to the instructions given by ShethVadilal Sarabhai

General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,authorities even after

hours, the contract may be summarily terminated by ShethVadilal Sarabhai General

Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,without any notice.

(c) In case of violation of any of the terms and conditions under this contract by the

contractor, ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad, shall terminate the contract and the security deposit ofthe contractor shall be

forfeited to the extent of loss, damage, penalty against such violation. In case the loss,

damage, etc. suffered by ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai

Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, is over and above the quantum of amount of security

deposit, ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad, shall have the right to recover the balance amount by lawful means.In case of

any default in remittance of statutory dues like EPF, ESI and GST by the contractor or non-

compliance of provisions under the Labour Act, the contract is liableto be terminated. Any

expenditure incurred by ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity

Hospital, Ahmedabad,attributable to the fault of the contractor or the manpower deployed

by him, such expenditure will be adjusted out of the security deposit and ShethVadilal

Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,shall have the

right torecover the balance amount by lawful means.

(d) In case of anyloss suffered by ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai

Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,due to gross negligence and dereliction of duty by the

manpower deployed by the contractor, the contractor shall takeaction forthwith and make

good such loss incurred by ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai

Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, Besides, the contractor shall terminate such manpower

and take remedial measures to avoid recurrences. A report on the action taken by the

contractor shall be submitted to ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai

Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, authorities within a week. Failuretoadhere to the above,

the contract shall be summarily terminated and loss will be recovered from the contractor.

(e) The contractor shall not appoint any sub – contractor to carry out his obligations under the

contract as subletting the contract is not permitted. If at any point of time it is observed

that the contract is sub-let to some outside agency in such case contract shall be

terminated forthwith without assigning any reason and security deposit shall be forfeited

for breach of contract.

16. SAFETY&INSURANCE

(a) Thecontractorshallfollowsafetyproceduresinall respects.

(b) The contractor will adhere to safe working practices and will take all safety measures

necessary for safety of his workmen. He will remain responsible for the safety of his

engaged persons. The contractor should provide all necessary safety instructions, personal

protective safety equipment to the persons engaged by him as applicable and required.

(c) The contractor shall be liable to bear all expenses/damages/compensation in the event of

any injury or loss of life of the personnel engaged by him while on duty.

(a) The contractor and the persons engaged by him should not have any adverse police

record and should bear good character. The Police Verification and security clearance

initiation for all the workmen and supervisory staff is to be ensured by the contractor at

the time of placement of supply order. The receipt of the verification forms by the

concerned Police Department will be furnished within 45 days of signing the contract.

(b) The contractor shall be bound by all security procedures followed at ShethVadilal Sarabhai

General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,and abide by security

instructions for all purposes. Workmen engaged by contractor will be liable for check and

search by the security on duty while mustering in and out and also at the other random

places and timings. Any breach/violation of securityregulations in the work premises by

any of thecontractor’s persons shall becontractor’s responsibility.

(c) The contractor will be responsible for good conduct of his workmen. If any workman is

found indulging in undesirable activities, he will have to be withdrawn immediately as

asked by the institute and replaced with a new person. If any employee of thecontractor is

found to have committed misconduct or misbehavior, the institute at its sole discretion,

may direct the contractor to remove such employee and the contractor shall remove such

employee(s) without questioning the decision of the institute. Any claim by such workmen

shall be fully discharged by the contractor.Institute reserves right to disallow any or all of

the contractor’s men from beingdeployed inside the institute campus without assigning

(d) In the event of any damage to the property of the institute or life of its employeesand/or

their dependents the contractor shall be liable for payment of compensation and/or

prosecution in accordance with applicable law and provisions. Suchcompensation will be

as assessed by authorized representative(s) of the institute and shall be recoverable from

the contractor at market value out of Security Deposit.

18. Indemnity Clause. The contractor shall indemnify ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and

ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad,against any litigation arising from violation of

statutes, laws and rules during operation of the contract. The contractor shall conduct all legal

proceedings as may be necessary without any cost to the Institute. If due to any reason

whatsoever, ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad,management is made liable to pay any liabilities of the contractor under any of the

said laws etc., the same shall be recovered from the dues payable by ShethVadilal Sarabhai

General Hospital and ShethChinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad, to the contractor and/or

from the security deposit(s) furnished by him.

19. There will be periodical as well as surprise checking of the services provided by the contractorfor

the subject jobby themess committee. In caseof default, the contract will be liable for short

closure of supply order forfeiting the security deposit.

20. The personnel deployed by the contractor will not become member of any trade union, if

indulgedinunionactivitieswhichaffecttheserviceobligationofthecontractorsafety and security of

the Institute, the contract will be liable for termination. In the event of violation, they will be

debarred from entering Institute premises and contract can also be considered for termination

21. Further, the personnel deployed by the contractor shall not engage themselves in any

undesirable activities within the institute premises. They shall not indulge in any business

dealings with any agency directly or indirectly associated with Institute or in trade union

activities. In the event of violation, they will be debarred from entering the Institute and

contract can also be considered for termination and forfeiture of the security deposit.

22. The personnel deployed by the contractor shall be available at the place of work defined for

them. They must not visit undesignated places without valid authorization by Institute.

23. No housing/accommodation will be provided by the institute to the personnel deployed by the

contractor unless otherwise if it find necessary to do so in the interest of the institute.

24. Contractor will not be allowed to serve food outside the campus, in exceptional casedecision of

the institute will be final.

25. The Contract could be extended for one more year if satisfactory work certificate would be

given by Food & Beverages Committee to be formed by Medical Superintendent, Sheth Vadilal

Sarabhai General Hospital and Sheth Chinai Maternity Hospital, Ahmedabad

26. Force Majeure

Neither the ShethVadilal Sarabhai General Hospital and Sheth Chinai Maternity Hospital,

Ahmedabad,nor the contractor shall be considered in default in performance if such

performance is prevented or delayed because of war, hostilities, revolution, civil commotion,

strike, epidemic, accident, fire, wind, flood, earthquake or because of any Government action

or of any act of God or of any other cause whethersimilar or dissimilar nature beyond the

reasonable control of the party affected. Should one or both the parties be prevented from

fulfilling their contractual obligations by a State of Force Majeure lasting continuously for a

period of six months, the two parties shall consult with each other regarding the future

implementation of the agreement.

27. Jurisdiction

Notwithstanding any other court or courts having jurisdiction to decide the question(s)

forming the subject matter of the reference if the same had been the subject matter of suit,

any and all directions and proceedings arising out of or relating to the contract shall lie only

inthecourtofcompetentciviljurisdictioninthisbehalfat Ahmedabadandonlythesaid courts shall

have jurisdiction to entertain and try such action(s) and / or proceedings to the exclusion of all

the other courts.

28. Payment Procedure:

Payment of valid bill amount will be made in the succeeding month upon submission of the bill

to medical supritendent as per approval of competent authority.

29. Liquidated damages:

Whenever and wherever it is found that the account as and finance servieces is not as per the

accounting standards and up to the mark, it will be brought to the notice of the agency and if no

action is taken within one month, liquidated damages shall be imposed. The decision of Sheth

V.S.Gen. Hospital official incharge shall be final, in this regard.

30. Dispute Settlement:

It is mutually agreed that all differences and disputes arising out of or in connection with this

Agreement shall be settled by mutual discussions and negotiations if such disputes and

differences cannot be settled and resolved by discussions and negotiations then the same shall

be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Sheth V.S.General Hospital And Sheth Chinai

Maternity Hospital whose decision shall be final and binding on both the parties.
