M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (Soil) exc. 250 m but n. exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L for 150mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone of 80 to 40mm size, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated formation surface to required gradient & camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc., finished the surfaces fair & even to receive PQC layer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field at 28 days lower control limit (LCL) in pavement slabs, using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre in bays to required gradient and chamber including necessary form work and using full width fully mechanised concrete paver, thickness of concrete 20 cm or less, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 20mm wide expansion joints, filled with preformed compressible synthetic filler board, applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board HD 100 for complete width of joint, provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 28mm to 30mm dia filled with polysulphate or polyurethane based sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 20mm), priming the side and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab. The sealant shall be confirming to IS-5818 and MAV of +30% with 10 years warranty, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints, 70mm deep and 6mm wide (using diamond cutter) and top 13mm minimum above back up rod filled with polyethylene sealant and priming the sides with two coats of primer, provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 8mm dia and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finishing to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied. The sealant shall be confirming to IS-5818 and MAV of +30% with 10 years warranty, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming construction joints, 10mm wide and 80mm deep for quality concrete slab, cleaning the complete joint and top primed with primer and filled 10mm with polyurethane thermos setting type sealant over 10mm deep polythene back up materials and pasting polythene adhesive tape all along on the both edges of joint and removing the same after filling and tooling the material inside the joint to remove spilled over material, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by brooming, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments solids including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified and as directed.
